“The reason I booked this hotel was for the shuttle service they offered to the subway station. When I requested the service they indicated they did not offer that service at all. I explained it was mentioned on their website and that it even appears on the Marriott Bonvoy app for me to request it. The employee was very rude and then changed his response to “well, we are not offering it now.” We then saw the shuttle busses parked in their parking lot, it was very disappointing they did not want to offer us a service that was advertised. Aside from that the room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, we reserved for 4 guest and it only had towels for 2 guests. When we called to request two more we were asked to go to the lobby to pick them up. When we got to the lobby, there were three employees laughing and chitchatting, but we had to come downstairs?!? The hotel facilities and location is nice but the customer service was horrible. Would not stay here again.”

“Por mais que eu queira deixar uma boa crítica, não posso. O check-in foi rápido e fácil, e o cavalheiro da recepção foi super legal. Ele nos presenteou com a chave do nosso quarto e seguimos para o nosso quarto. Ao entrar no quarto estava extremamente quente, como se o calor estivesse ligado; embora não fosse. Minha irmã começou a borrifar tudo com Lysol (vendo como se o COVID ainda estivesse acontecendo) e notou que havia manchas ou sujeira em sua cama junto com fios de cabelo. Voltamos para a recepção, onde falamos com uma jovem que estava lá com o cavalheiro que inicialmente nos registrou. Explicamos nosso problema e ela nos trocou para outro quarto. Minha irmã e eu fomos para nosso novo quarto (327), onde entramos e começamos a verificar tudo. Fiquei muito decepcionado. Entre as manchas nos meus travesseiros, minha saia da cama, e depois a cafeteira, e o balde de gelo no banheiro; Eu estava pronto para sair!!!! Liguei para a recepção falou com a jovem (não tenho certeza se foi a mesma jovem que nos mudou ou não) e foi-me dito que não havia mais quartos disponíveis. Desliguei e liguei para nove outros hotéis que estavam na área. Ninguém tinha quartos disponíveis, pois nos disseram que havia uma formatura da faculdade que tinha todos os quartos reservados. Minha irmã e eu descemos e pedimos toalhas e lençóis extras para que pudéssemos tentar descobrir algo. Um cavalheiro trouxe alguns, e minha irmã me ajudou a trocar os lençóis da minha cama. Coloquei os travesseiros no chão e apenas usei as toalhas como algo para deitar a cabeça ao dormir. Eu fico em muitos Marriotts em todo o país, mas estar neste Marriott foi muito desconfortável, e eu simplesmente não estava feliz com a limpeza dos quartos. Não é como eu esperava passar o fim de semana do Dia das Mães, que meus filhos e sobrinha planejaram para minha irmã e eu. Eu não recomendaria ficar aqui.”
