“Front desk service was incredibly rude. We were traveling with 2 small children and supposed to have a room that had a seperate bedroom.
I when we got to the room it had 2 queen beds. I called the front desk and he said he didn’t know anything about a different room. I gave him the number for the person at reservations and he just hung up.
I called reservations back and they called the front desk. They said go back down to the front desk and they will change your rooms.
I went to the front desk and the person started arguing with me.
Aweful service. Hotel is fine. Nothing special. With that type of service I would strongly suggest staying elsewhere.”
