“La habitación estaba bien, un poco de humedad y una botella de agua usada estaba en el mostrador, así que no estoy seguro de la limpieza. La recepción fue grosera. Reservamos un servicio de transporte al aeropuerto a las 5 a.m. y a las 5 nos dijeron que llegarían tarde. Sin disculpas y ella estaba molesta como si no fuera gran cosa. Obviamente, si te despiertas con niños y te diriges al aeropuerto a las 5 a. m., no querrás quedarte sentado esperando un servicio de transporte tardío.
