“O serviço de recepção foi incrivelmente rude. Estávamos viajando com 2 crianças pequenas e deveria ter um quarto que tinha um quarto separado.Eu quando chegamos ao quarto tinha 2 camas queen size. Liguei para a recepção e ele disse que não sabia nada sobre um quarto diferente. Dei-lhe o número da pessoa nas reservas e ele simplesmente desligou.Liguei para reservas e eles ligaram para a recepção. Eles disseram volte para a recepção e eles vão mudar seus quartos.Fui até a recepção e a pessoa começou a discutir comigo.Péssimo serviço. Hotel está bem. Nada especial. Com esse tipo de serviço, sugiro fortemente ficar em outro lugar.”
