“Amazing experience at this Hotel! The receptionist went above and beyond many times plus daily housekeeping! Location is great right in the heart of time square. Id highly recommend getting a e-citi bike to go around new york as its cheap and quick! This hotel definitely made my trip worth it! Definitely on the pricey side but you do get what you pay for!!”

“The service was amazing! From the time we pulled up at the entrance we were greeted by Marcel and he loaded our luggage and escorted us to the desk. Another gentleman escorted us to our room as well. The room was great as well! Clean, nicely arranged. The view however was subpar. I paid for Times Square view but all we could see was the other hotel across the street. We chose the W for a nice view but did not get what we expected. For that, I would give it 3 stars. The Sheraton on 53rd looks like it has nice views”
