“Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any hotel. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. Very clean rooms. The bed is super comfortable and the staff is very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.”

“The service was amazing! From the time we pulled up at the entrance we were greeted by Marcel and he loaded our luggage and escorted us to the desk. Another gentleman escorted us to our room as well. The room was great as well! Clean, nicely arranged. The view however was subpar. I paid for Times Square view but all we could see was the other hotel across the street. We chose the W for a nice view but did not get what we expected. For that, I would give it 3 stars. The Sheraton on 53rd looks like it has nice views”
