“The staff was welcoming and accommodating. However the stay was a bit of a nightmare. My room was extremely hot and humid. Even with the AC cranked to 68 degrees I couldn't get a comfortable temperature. It was cooler In the hallway than my room. I'd wake up to wet sheets at night, due to the humidity and could smell mildew in the air. There was no room service at all. No options for food and beverage or even someone to communicate with to fix the air. Convenient location and lucky didn't have to spend much time here but if you're looking for a comfortable sleep and room service look elsewhere.”

“The location was great right in the heart of Times Square! The lobby is nice! Comfortable yet stylish great for selfies. There’s a bar, places to lounge nicely done art/graffiti on the walls. There is a bar etc. The room was basic at best. And for the price you would expect everything to work properly. No the reading light that was attached to the bed was broken. So, they put a big ole floor lamp with a button you need to step on in order to turn off. Well what if your laying down?”
