“Mi padre y yo tuvimos una mezcla de experiencias en este hotel, pero terminamos felices con la estadía.Cuando llegamos al lugar nos dijeron que no había habitaciones en los pisos superiores. Nos dieron una habitación en el tercer piso que no había sido limpiada adecuadamente. Luego nos ofrecieron una habitación del mismo tamaño en el octavo piso... Así que obviamente no nos ofrecieron la mejor habitación en primer lugar.Otro problema fue que después de extender por un día el hotel nos llamó repetidamente insistiendo en que no habíamos pagado. Resultó que era una falla en su sistema.Finalmente, a pesar de hacer la reserva para 2 personas, el hotel dijo que solo una persona podía asistir al desayuno. ¿Cómo, en una habitación para 2, puedes decir que solo una persona podría asistir al desayuno?Ahora, a pesar de todos estos problemas, el personal del hotel brindó soluciones rápidas y fue cortés y se disculpó. El último día, el gerente del hotel nos llamó personalmente e hizo todo lo posible para disculparse y brindarnos tiempo suficiente para hacer el check out.La habitación en sí no era particularmente estelar. Las camas estaban bien y aprecié las frutas, los dulces, el agua y los servicios gratuitos como la mesa de hierro, la alfombra de oración, etc. El baño podría ser mejor ya que realmente no me gustan las duchas abiertas. El restaurante de la azotea y el personal que trabaja allí son excelentes.Lo mejor de este hotel es obviamente la ubicación. No puedes vencerlo.”

“Por causa do comportamento e cortesia de sua funcionária, dou minha avaliação completa a ela, não sei quem ela é. Mas era sexta-feira Por volta das 11:30-12:10 da tarde, ela facilitou a entrada da reserva para mim antes do horário oficial com os procedimentos disponíveis e facilidades fornecidas por sua maravilhosa administração Ela facilitou para mim os procedimentos para entrar no quarto 1073 com todo tato e educação, seu estilo maravilhoso se preocupava com o cliente "humano" e não com o cliente "marketing-alvo" Ela foi muito espirituosa, muito obrigado por ela. Como mencionei, nunca sei quem ela é, mas a recomendo porque ela faz parte de sua equipe maravilhosa e será uma estrela brilhante.Meus cumprimentos.”
