“Un hotel distintivo y maravilloso, todo en él es hermoso como alojamiento, desde la limpieza, muebles, decoración, servicio rápido y una recepción maravillosa. Los procedimientos de check-in y check-out son muy, muy agradables, lo que toma unos segundos, Mashallah. El buffet es bueno. Lo que nos molestó fue la distancia a la sección de mujeres del hotel. Pero hay autobuses cada cuarto de hora. Les agradecemos mucho y distinguimos a la excelencia. También fue fácil para nosotros ingresar a las 2 en lugar de a las 4 con facilidad, gracias a la gerencia y a todo el personal.”

Location - great.
Room size - generous.
Customer service - repeatedly lacking. Struggled to allocate rooms - you would assume they had experience but it was like their first day at a new job. Their grasp of English was very basic. Not all muslims speak/understand Arabic.
Restaurant manager is incapable of handling large numbers. Experience was almost embarrassing. Not enough food or tables. On challenging the manager all he would say was “ come earlier” , “ there’s plenty” - he constantly pointed at the guests being at fault. Trying to get food was like being in a rugby scrum. I ended up opting many times for room service which cost extra. This manager needs replaced or trained.”
