“¡Es un hotel de 10 estrellas! El personal es profesional, amable y muy agradable, especialmente las señoras que hicieron el check in y el check out por mí. Hicieron un excelente trabajo. La habitación es excepcional, muy cómoda y tiene de todo. El personal es muy cooperativo. La comida es muy buena y el precio es razonable. No tengo nada negativo que decir. Definitivamente cuando regrese a Medina, me quedaré en este hotel.”

“In General, the situation is accepted , BUT : Rooms: 6/10 need to be renovated,the sofa and chairs are very old , toilet should be maintained . Breakfast : 7/10 some items nit available,you should ask the staff to bring it ( honey ) , no butter , only butter blend ( Margarine) . Pan cake is perfecr, and the chef ( lady ) was beyond expectation , she was working with passion , she gave my son pancakes with Micky mouse design❤️❤️. Facilities: I do not use any Internet : very good . Staff : immediate response for any inquiry (10/10). I highly recommend this hotel for visitors .”
