“Lo que más me gustaría destacar es la atención de todo el personal del Hotel Mercure. Sin duda la cordialidad de todos, las ganas de atender y hacer las cosas cada día mejor es realmente destacable. Agradezco de todo corazón la atención brindada, la amabilidad, el excelente servicio en cuanto a hotelería (espacios comunes, piezas y alimentación) realmente una maravilla. Gracias a Sergio (gerente) y a todo su equipo.”

“Not so good hotel experience. They assigned me a room that was actually occupied by another guest. I walked in on another guest. No apologies (maybe due to language barrier) offered. Had to pay for an upgrade. Ignorant security guard who prevented me from entry even after telling him I am a guest. Rooms are dirty, not the best imo. Shocking how it's a '4 star'.”
