“Exceeded expectations, huge room, complimentary snacks and water, immaculate, clean, quality bathroom products. Iron and board, slippers, umbrellas, thoughtful additional touches. All staff very courteous, welcoming and professional. An excellent experience and above the standard of the majority of other hotels where I have stayed on business. Conference facilities also excellent.”
