Agradeça-me mais tarde! Este lugar é um dos mais bem avaliados da região. Estou aqui há muito tempo. Se você escolher este lugar, você definitivamente não ficará desapontado.LOCALIZAÇÃO PERFEITA! Uau! Uma verdadeira jóia no meio da movimentada Madrid. O hotel é relativamente novo (dois anos) e a atenção aos detalhes torna-se muito aparente quando você entra no lobby e depois em cada aspecto em todo o hotel. Os quartos são amplos, bem equipados com as mais recentes comodidades, incluindo iluminação totalmente automatizada e persianas, alto-falantes de várias salas, espaço lounge, espaço de trabalho e um armário/bar que está além das necessidades da maioria dos viajantes. Completo com um banheiro de tamanho completo com muito espaço para várias pessoas, você não ficará desapontado. O serviço da equipe é impecável ... de alguma forma, no segundo em que você desligou o não perturbe e voltou para o seu quarto, o quarto foi renovado, reabastecido e cuidado como se fosse um serviço pessoal. O hotel também possui um dos melhores restaurantes da região em uma área de jantar/bar na cobertura. ) e delicioso. O bar é um local agradável para apreciar o horizonte de Madrid enquanto observa e ouve a vida lá embaixo. Estou ansioso para voltar!

Fantástico hotel. Todo espectacular. Un poco caro. 4 gildas 32 euros, botella de Cune 34 euros. El aperitivo que te ponen 2 euros por persona.Pero merece la pena darse un capricho porque el sitio es súper bonito

Estuve en el lobby de este Hotel tomando una copa de vino, es un sitio muy agradable y tranquilo. precio alto pero merece la pena. ♿️ accesibilidad: es accesible totalmente desde la calle por otra puerta diferente a la principal mediante rampas, tiene baño accesible pero hay que coger un ascensor y subir a otra planta diferente a la del lobby.

Do NOT come here if you’re Asian! My mother and I were guests at a nearby hotel and decided to come here for high tea. We sat in the lobby for 1 hour until our pastry tower arrived. We arrived at 3:00 and the food didn’t arrive until 4:15. The host was very curt and made it seem like a hassle to serve us. 2 young caucasian women came 40 minutes after us and were served instantly - their pastry tower arriving shortly after they ordered. The host, Norma, was extremely cheerful when communicating with them and offered to take their picture, but not us. Also, they gave everyone plates for their food except us. We were the only Asian people in the lobby and it felt extremely degrading and inhumane to see the treatment of all the other guests in comparison to us. The only staff member who was kind to us was the male bartender with black hair, I wasn’t able to get his name. This is not the treatment we paid for coming to the Four Seasons. Absolutely disgusting and extremely disappointing. Sadly, this isn’t the only racist encounter we have had here in Madrid, but I truly expected more from the Four Seasons. I don’t think we’ll be returning here any time soon.

W-o-w! A true gem in the middle of bustling Madrid. The hotel is relatively new (two years old) and the attention to detail becomes very apparent as you enter the lobby and then to each aspect throughout the hotel. Rooms are large, well appointed with the latest amenities, including fully automated lighting and window shades, multi-room speakers, lounge space, work space and a closet/bar that is beyond most travelers needs. Topped off with a full sized bathroom with plenty of space for multiple people, you won’t be disappointed. The staff service is impeccable… somehow the second you turned off your do not disturb and came back to your room, the room had been refreshed, restocked and cared for as if a personal service. The hotel also boasts one of the best restaurants in the area on a rooftop dining/bar area.. Pricier than most of the restaurants in the area (which is literally the only ding), but the food is fresh (they prepare some table side) and delicious. The bar is a nice spot to enjoy the skyline of Madrid while watching and listening to the life down below. I look forward to returning!

This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't be disappointed. PERFECT LOCATION! There is no other place to stay in madrid than here. Rooftop dining with the best views. The staff is amazing, so helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was perfect every morning, the staff is incredible as a four seasons hotel should be. Only good things to say

Una maravilla en los servicios que ofrece a sus clientes. Es de los mejores hoteles y el más moderno de Madrid. Si vas al postureo a molestar al tipo de clientela que acoge, no te sorprendas por no pasar el filtro y acabar en la calle. Hay mil sitios más apropiados para tomarse algo en Madrid en esos casos.

Excelente ubicación del Hotel en pleno centro de Madrid. Fuimos a tomar y picar algo en la cafetería del Lobby del hotel. El servicio del camarero muy lento, eso si la compañera más profesional y rápida que el compañero.Lo que comimos estaba rico no le doy 5 estrellas ya que el club sándwich y las patatas estaban frías el resto muy rico de sabor . También se han olvidado traernos unascroquetas que hemos pedido, pero por falta de tiempo ya no las queríamos porque estábamos más de 1 hora esperando que nos traigan la comida .

Si te dejan disfrutar de los servicios que ofrecen, son impecables. El problema es que depende de quien “filtre” si pasas o no o de si vas a poder tomar algo o no en una terraza que supuestamente está llena cuando está vacía. No entiendo con lo mal que lo ha pasado el sector de la hostelería estos dos pasados años que se pongan tan exquisitos para dejar entrar a la gente teniendo la terraza vacía produciendo 0€.

En absoluto no es lo que me esperaba!! Siendo categoría de la que se trata, no merece mucho la pena, ya que es muy frío y no solo el trato de los responsables… La única persona que se salva es la camareraAgustina, puesto que gracias a su amabilidad y cortesía ha hecho que la experiencia haya sido “algo” agradable. Recomiendo a los responsables, intenten ser más cercanos como a la par de agradables y “bajen de las alturas”,ya que sinceramente no creo repita dicha experiencia.

The best afternoon tea of all Madrid. The second time I'm frequented a gastronomic restaurant. Incredible. The service, the presentation of the tray, the taste. I love especially the yuzu and passion fruit Baba. Something to taste once in your life. The decor is also incredible. A must to do if you love tea and searching for a great spot to relax.

Excelente ubicación para uno de los mejores hoteles de Madrid, ubicado en la calle Alcalá, frente al Casino y a la Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando. Pernoctar en este lujoso hotel permite visitar el casco históricode Madrid cómodamente, ya que bajando la calle Alcalá o bien la carrera de San Jerónimo desde la plaza Canalejas la estatua del oso y el madroño nos darán la bienvenida en la Puerta del Sol.

Gran hotel para eventos. La ubicación es muy buena en el centro de Madrid con diversos parkings alrededor. A tener en cuenta, que el hotel está en la zona de bajas emisiones del centro de Madrid. El personal es muy amable y facilita mucho el trabajo.

It is a beautiful hotel. Our room was beautiful. 80% of the staff were very kind and helpful. Amanda an Inna in the spa were amazing. The concierge is where things fell short for us. Offer to help with travels until you walk out of the hotel. A bit disappointing.

Exceeded expectations, huge room, complimentary snacks and water, immaculate, clean, quality bathroom products. Iron and board, slippers, umbrellas, thoughtful additional touches. All staff very courteous, welcoming and professional. An excellent experience and above the standard of the majority of other hotels where I have stayed on business. Conference facilities also excellent.

Enquanto caminhávamos para o nosso hotel depois de uma noite em Madrid, vimos da rua o bar da cobertura do hotel four seasons. Como queríamos um último coquetel, um colega e eu decidimos experimentá-lo.A equipe do hotel foi super simpática para nos ajudar até o último andar e também por lá, embora não tivéssemos reservas, recebemos uma recepção amigável e podíamos escolher entre uma mesa externa ou interna.Fomos para a mesa externa. Todos tinham um aquecedor e também, embora já fosse bastante tarde, era muito bom sentar do lado de fora. As vistas são agradáveis.Acabamos pedindo tanto um coquetel de assinatura. Ficou bom e de bom gosto. O preço foi mais alto do que os outros bares que fizemos naquela noite, mas de acordo com o que você esperaria de um lugar tão sofisticado.No geral, eu certamente recomendaria este lugar.

While walking to our hotel after an evening out in Madrid we saw from the street the rooftop bar of the four seasons hotel. As we wanted one last cocktail a colleague and I decided to try it out. Hotel staff was super friendly to assist us to the top floor and also over there, although we didn't had reservations we got a friendly welcome and could choose from a table outside or inside. We went for the outside table. All had a heater and also although it was already pretty late it was very nice to sit outside. The views are nice. We ended up with ordering both a signature cocktail. Was nice and tasted well. Price was higher then the other bars we did that night but in line with what you would expect from such a high end place. Overall I would certainly recommend this place.
