This was the first time staying here. We normally stay at other Marriott locations but we found a nice room and I was excited to get in around 10 PM. Valets were awesome, check-in went relatively well. Amenities around the hotel were nice. The room itself was tidy, well-kept, and the bathrooms were very nice and well-stocked. Very clean, very nice. Unfortunately I think I maybe got two solid hours of sleep. There is an extremely high-pitched whining noise within probably 10 rooms in each side of main elevators by the 23 and up elevators. It was brutal. All night. Every 15-30 seconds. My daughter didn’t get much good sleep either unfortunately. Until they get this fixed I would make sure you are as far away from the elevator shaft as possible.

Very nice hotel. They should make sure they are telling guest that there are 2 sets of Elevators. We meet another guest in the Elevator who had the same issue. We ate at the sports bar High Velocity. Atmosphere was great. Service was great. Food was hot and fresh but not worth the money. I would still highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room but they didn’t give us the room we expected and they shut the pool down forever, but advertised on all websites as being an amenity. They need to get that changed. The breakfast wasn’t any better than getting breakfast from any other holiday inn etc. but they only have it to exclusive guests high up on 31st floor. Need more variety. We ended up going to get breakfast at a restaurant after we left because we weren’t full. Now that was a good breakfast at Lincoln pancakes. The hotel was nice. Just couldn’t been better for the price we paid.

Perfect location and staffed with some of the best in the business of hospitality. They really treat you as if you do matter. I felt appreciated. I found the bed a little too firm, but my wife felt it wasn't firm enough... The soundproofing of the room was stellar. Once you closed the curtains there was minimal street noise. I'd given it a full 5⭐ if I had liked the bed a little more... I kept waking up to shift because of the mattress.

Everything from our check-in to our check-out was an issue. During check-in, I was told I was required to pay for the stay. I explained I'd already arranged payment; they finally found the document showing my payment after about a 15 minuet wait. On our 1st day, I got food poisoning from the restaurant (High Velocity). I spoke with several people, but no one followed up with me, not even to see if I was ok. Our group had several issues with the elevators, they were slow and sometimes they required you to use your room key, other times they didn't. My wife and I order room service, but no one was available to bring up our food. Since I was sick (food poisoning), my wife picked up our meal. When we reviewed our bill, we were charged 2 fees. When we called to ask about the charges, we were given a hard time about the issue. They did finally remove the fees, but only after we asked to talk to a manager. The day of our checkout, we called down for a bellman and to have our car brought around for nearly an hour with no answer. While riding the elevator to the lobby, there were 2 staff members riding down with me. I asked if they were shorthanded. I was told no, I explained I couldn't reach a bellman or valet. When we got to the 1st floor, 1 staff member exited without saying a word, the other said, "good luck". I found a very nice young man that worked in valet, and he found a cart for me. When I was waiting for the elevator, a bellman came up and said, sorry sir, you can't use a cart, I have to help. I told him to get the hell away from me. When I checked out, I asked the manager if they were shorthanded and was told no, matter of fact, we're slow today. I feel so bad, I chose to have my team stay here. My entire team experienced issues. We are scheduled to have another meeting in Indianapolis in 2024, I will not expose my team to this hotel again!

The room is very clean, the bed is soooo comfortable, toiletries are made of great quality, the view looks great and the gym is spacious with a wide variety of exercise machines.Free buffet breakfast (Platinum amd above members) at the in-house Italian restaurant every weekends.Needs to improve: Front desk Christina did not offer my welcome points and free breakfast options. I had to ask for them. No free alcohol wipes inside the room. We are still in the middle of the pandemic. I am very familiar with Marriott standards from Guest services up to housekeeping.-Ambassador member

Beautiful hotel, awesome rooms, great views. My boyfriend's graduation ceremony was held in this hotel and we were given the room for a night. I wouldn't recommend the drinks, I had five glasses of rum and cranberry and wasn't even buzzed. My boyfriend was drinking whiskey and agrees that it was a very weak set of drinks. The stay itself though was divine. I will now be ordering myself a fancy bathrobe like the one in the wardrobe, and forever wondering where I can get some comforters and pillows like that!

Hotel muito bonito e limpo. Tivemos excelentes vistas do 21º andar do estádio de beisebol. O manobrista foi muito educado e rápido. O banheiro era muito limpo e bem colocado. Eu ficaria aqui novamente, sem dúvida!

What an absolutely stunning hotel. So modern. So fresh. The rooms design are a marvel. I love the western modern vibe of the decor and furnishings.The concierge and lobby desk attendants are so pleasant here. The bed is so comfortable. The shower in this king room is like a spa.The VIEWS (from the high floors) are expansive and picturesque. Definitely one of the better hotels I’ve ever stayed in.Very impressed, JW!

Very nice and clean hotel. We had great views from the 21st floor of the baseball stadium. The valet were very polite and quick. The bathroom was very clean well put together. I would stay here again without a doubt!

Eles certamente estavam ocupados e tentando fazer muitas coisas, aparentemente sem pessoal suficiente. Localização conveniente e uma curta caminhada de muitas coisas. Achei o hotel muito limpo. A lareira no lobby foi um toque agradável. É um grande hotel com muitos hóspedes e, às vezes, pode parecer um negócio em constante mudança. Eu ainda recomendo facilmente este local para outras pessoas.

Mine was a 1-night stay and I did enjoy the overall experience, but it was not without its challenges (some expected, and others not). They were certainly busy and trying to get a lot done with, seemingly, not enough staffing. Convenient location, and pretty easy walking distance to many things. I found the hotel to be very clean. The fireplace feature in the lobby was a nice touch. It is a large hotel with many guests, and at times can feel a bit like a turn-and-burn business. I do still easily recommend this location for others.

Super clean rooms. Really comfortable beds. Should be able to order coffee for room service. Water pressure left a lot to be desired but the view was amazing and the staff was top notch!

I am so disappointed with this place! Our stay was horrible there! My granddaughter's I pad got stolen by the staff! We went to the app find my apple product and it showed the person had it in the parking lot the next day in the restaurant. Called and informed management! When we arrived one of our room had bugs on the bed and the other room had no hot water for showers. Very disappointing!!! Informed front desk they sent someone up to tidy up a little. Never will stay here again!!!

This is a beautiful hotel, connected to the convention center. We had a corner room which was spacious and and had a very nice soothing color scheme. We had excellent customer service for the three days we stayed there. I give it four stars because while the hotel seemed updated, the heater was loud and so were the sirens and what seemed to be the Indy 500 that we heard in the downtown Indianapolis area all night long. While that is not the hotel's fault, the windows were lacking in their ability to keep noise out.
