Eu gostei do meu adorável pequeno staycation aqui. Verdadeira maneira de viajar no luxo. Sua equipe foi agradável. Os quartos eram confortáveis. Sua piscina coberta é incrível e limpa. Seu café-da-manhã foi delicioso e sua área de descanso ao ar livre foi incrível.

Nossa estadia aqui foi ótima. O único problema que tivemos foi com um dos funcionários (masculino). Estávamos voltando com a família de comer fora e só queríamos ir para o pátio para sentar e conversar um pouco. Então o cavalheiro disse à minha esposa que nenhuma comida de fora era permitida na área do pátio. Eu entendo se isso é uma política, mas ela não ia comer. Ele finalmente a deixou sair depois de uma conversa de 5 minutos. Só não achei grande coisa. A equipe da frente foi incrível, muito profissional e agradável. Definitivamente ficaria lá novamente. Cookies foram ótimos também!!!!!

I enjoyed my lovely little staycation here. True way to travel in luxury. Their staff was pleasant. The rooms were comfortable. Their indoor pool is amazing and clean. Their breakfast was delicious and their outdoor lounging area was awesome.

Our stay here was great. The only problem we had was with one of the staff (male). We were returning with family from eating out and just wanted to go onto the patio area to sit and talk a while. So the gentleman told my wife that no outside food was permitted out on the patio area. I understand if that’s a policy but she wasn’t going to eat it. He finally let her take it out there after a 5 minute conversation. I just didn’t think it was a big deal. Front staff was amazing, very professional and pleasant. Definitely would stay there again. Cookies were great also!!!!!

A recepcionista da noite foi muito gentil e acolhedora para minha esposa e eu.Uma área comum que o Hilton oferece e que precisa de higiene aprimorada são elevadores e outras superfícies de toque público, esse local foi consistente com isso. Havia manchas e pedaços soltos nos elevadores.O quarto (616) era basicamente limpo e abastecido com exceção da nossa porta do chuveiro, que estava faltando. A água ficou por todo o chão de um banho rápido e curto. Outra convidada concordou que ela teve uma experiência semelhante no ano anterior neste local.A equipe de serviço parecia abertamente preocupada com o estoque, principalmente com o uso de materiais e suprimentos pelos clientes na área de jantar. Um hóspede foi informado de que o café da manhã não era cortesia pelo atendente da sala de jantar, tratado como se ele pudesse estar roubando, quando tudo o que ele estava fazendo era descer para o café da manhã. We stayed 7/13 and 7/14/22. The place seems to have been recently updated for decorations and trim. The location does a good job of making it feel secluded even though it's in the center of an interstate area. Shaded parking is a nice anesthetic. Night clerk lady was very personable and accommodating to my wife and me. A common area Hilton provides which needs improved hygiene is elevators and other public touch surfaces, this location was consistent with that. There were smudges and pieces of loose trim in the elevators. The room (616) was basically clean and stocked with the exception of our shower door, which was missing. Water got all over the floor from a short quick shower. Another guest agreed that she had a similar experience the year before in this location. Service staff seemed openly concerned about inventory, particularly customers use of materials and supplies in the dining area. One guest was told that breakfast wasn't complimentary by the dining room attendant, treated as if he may be stealing, when all he was doing was coming down for breakfast. She could have merely asked his room number. My front desk, dining services, and room attendant experience was over-all cordial though. Would return to this location if working in the area again.

This is the first time I experienced a poor stay staying with Hilton. We had a worst service and unfriendly staff. Steve in the front desk was rude and said that he was a night auditor and not a front desk staff. They charged me extra $270.07 for holding room even though I called and informed them that I’ll be arriving late. They didn’t provide any drinking water in the room, when asked they asked us to come to front desk to pay and get water. The coffee machine wasn’t functioning and they didn’t fix it even after complaining. The front desk staff said that room service will only be provided for those who stay 4 days or over. We stayed in room 404 & 405.

During my stay at double tree I experienced several dissatisfying events.The first was the fact that I requested a linen change for my bed and was informed that this was not an option due to limited staff.I was informed by management I could retrieve my linens from the front desk and change my linen on my on.The second event included the elevator going out in and not being available until the next day.My third issue was the fight that occurred in the parking lot and I feared for my life.There was no police on site and no security was available.I am a Hilton Honors member and I will never stay at this site again.My experience was horrible and I am asking for the company to provide a service recovery of my payment.I spent 440.00 to have the same linens, non working elevator, and experience a fight break out while trying to check out the property.

This hotel was easily one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. We didn’t get in until 1030 at night and Sharnita was one of the friendliest front desk associates I’ve ever encountered. Both check in and check out were so easy. Even the gentlemen at check out the next morning was so nice! The pool was wonderful and not over chlorinated and our room was so clean. I would recommend this place for anyone coming to the area!

Ficamos por 3 dias para férias em família neste hotel. Adoramos o café da manhã aqui e meus filhos realmente gostam de piscina, não superlotados porque têm capacidade limitada. We stayed for 3 days for a family vacation at this hotel. We love breakfast here and my kids really enjoy swimming pool, not overcrowded at all because they limited capacity. Great location with lots of restaurants near by. Excellent customer service. Front desk staffs are very nice and helpful. Will definitely come back here again.

Funcionários simpáticos especialmente a recepção e senhora no café da manhã. A seleção de café da manhã era boa 👍🏼 O quarto estava limpo, mas a área do elevador precisa ser mantida melhor! Era alto à noite nos corredores e às vezes na entrada do hotel 😓 tinha que ligar da mesa e acho que ele cuidou disso.

Friendly staff specially the front desk and lady at breakfast. Breakfast selection was good 👍🏼 Room was clean but elevator area needs to be maintained better! Was loud at night in hallways and sometimes at the hotel entrance 😓 had to call from desk and I think he took care of it.
