El complejo está muy bien en general. Muy agradable el trato que te brindan y las habitaciones muy bien cuidadas. Sólo un detalle en las puertas de cristal del balcón en la habitación 1902 estaban descuadradas y el viento parecía que las iba a tumbar. También muy deseable que hubiera un oxxo más cerca. Su playa un poco descuidada tal vez falta de personal. Grata experiencia de todas maneras.

El servicio en general fue bueno (excepto algunas experiencias con los meseros, pero el buen servicio fue lo predominante). Las albercas y baños están limpios, la comida en general es muy buena (los huevos no, en ningún restaurante, pero eso tal vez tiene que ver con preferencias locales) y las bebidas varían, pero es cuestión de probar varias cosas.El servicio a la habitación está incluído con el paquete completo, lo que mejora la experiencia si lo que quieres es relajarte. Adicionalmente, la señal de internet es buena es todo el hotel.En resumen: El lugar vale la pena.

The resort is very nice and service was great. There wasn't really any entertainment maybe due to Covid. However,other resorts provided entertainment. The breakfast bar was good but otherwise the food was mediocre.

Great all inclusive resort in Los Cabos. We had a great time, stayed for 4 days. It is located a bit away from the main city and marina. But there's a variety of restaurants and bars inside the resort.There is also a coffee place where you can get lattes and cakes, all included. Breakfast is very good with a vast selection. Seating overlooks the ocean. Lunch and dinner were also very good,with sufficient choices for vegetarians. Room had a balcony with full ocean view. It was nice to sit there with a cup of coffee. There was live music in the night that we enjoyed sipping drinks. Gym is very good and you are facing the ocean while using the treadmill. We visited during full moon. It was very nice to watch moon rise. In the early morning, sunrise was very good to watch too.

We were here for one week. We did all inclusive and everything was perfect! Hopefully we'll come back in the future and the nightclub they have on the property will be open. That would've gave guests something to do at night without leaving the resort bc everything closed down at 11 PM. All food was delicious, the pools were clean, housekeeping and room service was always available. Entire experience from check in to check out was great. They treat every guests like they are VIP. I loved it.

We just got back last night. We would highly recommend this place. The food, rooms and hotel services were outstanding. Even in a category 2 hurricane the service wassetellar they made us feel safe. We will be back!!!

Es un desarrollo muy caro. Pero de verdad que vale la pena es como estar en el paraíso tienes toodooo Solo tienes que preocuparte por disfrutar de todas sus intenciones. Me encanta muy recomendable.

1) they had planned electric outages 3 days in a row for 4-6 hours each day during the hottest time of the day. No AC and no lights or fans. We were sweating so much!! 2) my son took their complimentary antigen COVID screening. He tested positive. His choices were stay in quarantine for ten days at the resort or take a pcr test at the hospital for $150 plus $50 for the taxi, wait 24-48 hours for the results. While waiting he must stay in quarantine in the hotel until the results come back. Obviously, He chose the second option. Quarantine was in the rooms that can’t be reached without a golf cart and they locked him in his room. We were unable to reach him. His test came back negative after all !!! He lost two days of vacation and $200 dollars.3) The servers, the house keeping and food buffets were good. That is the only one star they deserve.My advice to all do not take complimentary COVID screening at the hotel and don’t go when it is hot. They have too many power outages.

Fantastic stay! Would recommend to allPros: - Great service - Extremely covid safe - Location of resort offers quick access to Cabo San Lucas for exploration (snorkling, fancy food, history) - Felt like royalty, bartenders come up to you while at the pool asking what drinks they can bring you - Can provide you with a covid test at end of stay so that you can fly back into USCons: - Cannot go in ocean water, it is dangerous and we saw a couple people get swept out, about 50 yards out. Lifeguards had to save them. - Cleaning service still tries to clean room even when you put up do not disturb sign

Tive o tempo mais maravilhoso. A comida foi a melhor que já tive. A equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora, mesmo durante a tempestade tropical que veio embora em um dia. Eles se curvaram para trás para se certificar de que todos estavam seguros, alimentados e cheios de bebidas sem perder o ritmo. Mãos para baixo o melhor. As bebidas eram maravilhosas também. Muito boa configuração para testes ambiciosos para a viagem de volta para casa também. (gratuitamente). Ao todo, tivemos um grande momento. Recomende-os altamente se você está pensando em descer por este caminho.

Had a wonderful and relaxing getaway. Loved the style of the resort.Beautiful views and great rooms! Hospitality was amazing 👏 . Only issue was it was fairly hot outside and majority of the resort is open. Air conditioning was available only in a few spots (rooms) Also, on the first night it took two hours after reservation time to be seated. Would give 5 stars besides though.

Had the most wonderful time. Food was the best that I have ever had. Staff was very friendly and accommodating even during the tropical storm that came though on one day. They bent over backwards to make sure everyone was safe, fed and filled with drinks without missing a beat. Hands down the best. Drinks were wonderful as well. Very good set up for covid testing for the trip home as well. (free). All in all we had a great time. Highly recommend them if you are thinking of coming down this way.

If you come for the all-inclusive and service spend your money somewhere else. As a frequent traveler and been to many other resorts I would never recommend this resort after recent stay. The service used be great, as I been here before, but seems they have lost it. Takes 2 hours to get in any restaurant. Everything is up charge and always 1 to 2 hour wait for room service. I personally will not be back. Spend your money with a resort that cares for guest. Their main focus was to cut any cost and service that they can to save a buck! Guess they forgot without return customers and good service they will eventually fail and become another bad resort!

Whoa! So excited to come back! Got this resort for a terrific rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I like this hotel and I'm so thankful I stayed at my favorite hotel for less than what I typically spend. The food was better than expected so I ate way too much. Good service. Live music at night, one night the guy was insanely good. The place was like empty. Huge resort and beautiful.

We stayed there December 2020 and we had a blast! The beach is beautiful, crystal clear water and we spotted whales once from the beach! It’s awesome! The food is really good and so the drinks! David from the lobby bar is amazing and Alessandro made sure to take good care of us as well! There’s a kind waiter at the Japanese restaurant that I don’t recall his name but staff is always helpful! The room service is also included in the all-inclusive rate and it’s great to be able to get food even after the restaurants are closed. I highly recommend this resort!

Wonderful place to stay and relax for a week. Views are spectacular with whale sightings and the sound of the ocean. Amazing staff and service everywhere you go. If you lounge by the pool you should find an employee by the name Brian, he’s a server. Wears a white fedora and is hands down the best server in the world. Great service, conversation and he goes above and beyond. Brian was hands down the best, he’s the MAN. Fish tacos are to die for :)
