“If you come for the all-inclusive and service spend your money somewhere else. As a frequent traveler and been to many other resorts I would never recommend this resort after recent stay. The service used be great, as I been here before, but seems they have lost it. Takes 2 hours to get in any restaurant. Everything is up charge and always 1 to 2 hour wait for room service. I personally will not be back. Spend your money with a resort that cares for guest. Their main focus was to cut any cost and service that they can to save a buck! Guess they forgot without return customers and good service they will eventually fail and become another bad resort!”
