“I booked this hotel specifically to play golf.I paid $500 per night and specifically booked a tee time 3 weeks in advance to play early in the morning at a convenient time for us.Firstly, we were placed in a suite not with two queen beds as we booked, but with one king bed and the hotel gave an extra small rollaway bed, which was very inconvenient for our 2 kids.Second, we had a terrible experience with golf.This is an expensive golf club that doesn't even offer a discount for a 5-year-old child (we were charged $325 for 9 holes for 2 adults and a small child), so we expected maximum comfort and respect from the staff.Upon entering the golf course, the staff informed us we were playing in a group with other people together.It is not clear for what reason our time was moved from 8 am to 8:06 am and the next group behind us constantly urged and hurried us since the interval between the tee times is very small.At the entrance to the golf course, the staff remarked on the clothes my husband, he did not like that my husband had blue shorts, his shirt was not tucked in, he did not see his belt, and don't like his brown socks.It's just outrageous, my husband is a serious man, he was uncomfortable when in front of other members of the team he was criticized about his clothes.After the first hole, we realized that we could not play anymore, since we no longer felt comfortable in a group with another player, we played with our son, who annoyed people from our group, because he was only learning to play.Both the child and the husband were very upset, and I had to pay a total of more than $ 800 for the opportunity to comfortably play golf that we did not play.We often play golf and have seen many golf clubs, but this is the first time we have met such an attitude and quality of service.I will never return and will not recommend it.”

“At check in neither digital key nor card key was available so the valet had to let us in our room. 30 minutes later (after 4) still There was no key available, front desk said they have problem with the system. Our room had One little container of shampoo for four people and there were no washcloths. In the morning went for breakfast buffet and we were informed that they did not have the Buffet that they. What happened? our last day I was trying to stay one extra day and I ask two hours before our check out if my room or others was available, they assured me it is available and other rooms. At 10:30 I called front desk that I want to check out since our plan didn’t work. They would not give me an hour time to check out. The lady at front said that my room has been given to someone else and there are no other rooms available and we have to leave immediately. She said that’s the hotel policy. I had to beg for 30 minutes extra time to get the whole family with all kinds of stuff out of the room. It was unbelievable to be treated like this at this place so-called resort. We have been to many real resorts.
