“Se tiver 6 estrelas no Google, volto 6. 1 noite não parece... é tudo incrível. Fiz o check-in às 21h, mas todos os funcionários ainda são muito prestativos. Até as interações com meu filho pequeno são caóticas. Pegamos o quarto familiar, e o quarto era muito limpo. O que deixa o queixo cair é a hora do café da manhã, coincidentemente o sistema é a la carte para que possamos pedir. De qualquer forma, o serviço é excelente, e o sabor é delicioso. Aliás, após o pico, o serviço foi ruim, então neste hotel nos sentimos como se fôssemos sultões. Com um preço bastante barato, pois a qualidade é acima da média. Definitivamente vou voltar a este hotel. amo loveeeee”

“I appreciate the cleanliness and the space of the room, but I am 110% disappointed in the services. I stayed here for my Quarantine, and I realised the poor communication between staffs + missed schedules for meals. I also had to wait for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour if I asked for anything like water and tissues. I am most dissatisfied on how the “person-in-charge” responded to this uncomfortable situation— instead of reviewing and fixing it, he just keeps on calling the TASK FORCE MILITARY to help him responds to us. And it was rude. It was not a satisfying conversation.This is a 4-star-hotel, with good-comfortable-space, but due to the services, this is definitely not a 4-star. And I am sorry to say that I might not come back again.This shall be fix. I hope this would not happen to anyone else.”
