“This hotel came highly recommended by a friend and I'm here for the 10 days quarantine. Wanted to wait until the end of my stay before I give them the review but really cannot take it anymore.Let me first start with the room, it was spacious, neat, clean and very comfy.No stains on the bedsheet, no cockroaches or bedbugs. The hot water in the shower is great too. The hotel staff (Ms Stephanie, Mr Jason, the guys who delivered my meals, other receptionists who answered my calls) are really friendly, courteous and helpful. And yes, they can speak good English. At least I'm able to understand them and vice-versa.I give them 5 stars for these.However, with that being said, the food is really bad. The portion is more than enough, no doubt about that. It is the amount of salt they put into the food. Gosh... I know salt is not expensive but it should not be used freely like this. I have requested for a change of food (from vegan to non-vegan and even told them to go easy on the salt) and still the problem remains. Now my tongue burns and my stomach churns from the amount of salt I have consumed.Also, I don't understand why the plates and bowls are not cleared since this morning (I would like to think it is from this morning and not last night). Whenever I opened the door to receive my meal or laundry, the smell is...phew! It is not just from my room, the other rooms' trays are not cleared too. The trays are still left on the tables and floor as I'm typing this review.I hope the relevant department can do something about the amount of salt in the food and the clearing of trays outside the rooms.I really look forward to have a great positive experience for the remaining days of my stay here.”
