“This hotel is an absolute disgrace to Hilton.Day 1: Checked into hotel and the window is leaking all over A/C unit.Day 1 (Continued): Changed rooms and A/C unit was broken.Day 1 (Continued): Changed rooms for a 3rd time, and the shower curtain rod is falling off the wall.Apparently, the maintenance team doesn’t know how to fix anything.Day 7:Still waiting on maintenance to fix this broken shower curtain rod.Water is leaking all over bathroom floor.Ask for room service, and nobody came to clean or bring extra towels.This hotel is absolute trash!”
