The gentleman handling the breakfast was beyond sweet. Great customer service! The room was clean but I will say thy need an update. O cavalheiro que cuidava do café da manhã estava além de doce. Ótimo serviço ao cliente! O quarto estava limpo, mas direi que você precisa de uma atualização.

I was overcharged twice, the staff was hardly present and I had to literally look for anyone to help me at the front desk, we’re not able to explain charges and fees. The shower was hardly working and the AC was loud and not working properly. Definitely disappointed.

The good: staff was friendly, easy check-in, room very clean, quiet.The not good: definitely aging facility, shower is pretty bad (doesn’t drain well, water pressure lacking). O bom: a equipe foi amigável, fácil check-in, quarto muito limpo, silencioso.O que não é bom: instalações definitivamente envelhecidas, o chuveiro é muito ruim (não drena bem, falta pressão da água).

We had a wonderful stay at the Hinesville Hampton Inn.Many thanks to Carol at the front desk for finding us a room when the online system did not show availability over the Veteran's Day weekend.She worked her magic and came up with a room on very short notice.And thanks also to Dennis who made breakfast fun and made sure we all had enough to eat to start the day.The Hampton Inn will be included on my next visit to Hinesville. Literally the best costumer service in the area!! Had a 14 day stay and it was pure bliss! I’ve recently relocated to Hinesville with my husband and we’ve been pretty stressed with everything about this move but this hotel definitely relieved some of that stress. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating.A few shout outs for Dennis, Nikki and Carolyn! ❤️❤️ Dennis always started off our morning with amazing breakfast and a warm smile! Nikki and Carolyn were always prompt at the front desk at out service. During a very crazy move, they helped us adapt easier to the area. The room was very clean and any question or concern was fixed by the friendly staff. The service was very nice and kept our room clean. Everyday at 3 Dennis always had freshly baked cookies at the front desk for the guests. All the little things the staff did just made the whole stay feel like luxury living. Wish I didn’t have to leave 😅 but if you’re in need for a hotel in Hinesville, this one is worth every penny, if not more because it is very affordable as well! El servicio no fue malo pero si incompleto en las habitaciones,tuve q estar pidiendo gorritos de baño, no había gel de baño , ni te ponen pasta y cepillo de dientes. El desayuno estuvo bueno pero no muy variado comparado con los otros hoteles de hilton q he estado antes.

This hotel is an absolute disgrace to Hilton.Day 1: Checked into hotel and the window is leaking all over A/C unit.Day 1 (Continued): Changed rooms and A/C unit was broken.Day 1 (Continued): Changed rooms for a 3rd time, and the shower curtain rod is falling off the wall.Apparently, the maintenance team doesn’t know how to fix anything.Day 7:Still waiting on maintenance to fix this broken shower curtain rod.Water is leaking all over bathroom floor.Ask for room service, and nobody came to clean or bring extra towels.This hotel is absolute trash!

Our stay was great. We enjoyed our experience with ms Niki! She went above and beyond for me and my family! She is so sweet! Anything we asked for she helped us and went out her way to check on us to make sure we were ok. She provided excellent customer service! She deserves a raise for how well she took care of my family! We will be returning soon! Nossa estadia foi ótima. Nós apreciamos a nossa experiência com ms Niki! Ela foi acima e além para mim e minha família! Ela é tão doce!
