Com exceção da moça do bar, o staff nao é nada simpático e nem prestativo. A localização é boa, proxima a estação do metro e onibus. As instalações poderiam ser melhores.O banheiro é bem pequeno para o padrão Mercury.

Odiei. Toalhas velhas, sem serviço de camareira, sem cofre no quarto e minha amiga teve seu dinheiro furtado no quarto. Sua mala foi violada! O hotel disse que nada podia fazer. A operadora lusanova nos deixou sem acampamento para o registro policial. não foi uma experiência positiva!

Pegamos a parte velha do Hotel, então tá meio decadente. Mas o café da manhã é muito bom. E a parte reformada deve ser muito linda.

Café da manha razoavel. Quarto apertado. Éramos em duas irmãs e nos deram cama de casal....não houve boa vontade para fazer a troca.

Ótima localização. Supermercado ao lado. Trem e metrô, idem. Contornando o morro do Castelo, com alguma disposição, acesso a pé as principais atrações à margem do rio Danúbio. Restaurante muito bom, inclusive no preço. Equipe bastante prestativa!

It was my first ever stay at a hotel, I was escaping from the war in Ukraine. I heard that Hungary is a very pro-Russian country and I expected a cold reception, but was surprised in a good way. The service was the best, most helpful and caring, polite and friendly. All the small problems that I had were resolved quickly and in a professional manner. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Food was very tasty and never upset my stomach which is usually quite picky. Overall I am grateful for everything I had there.

Poor service and unhelpful. Came to my room today after day long work only to find my room unclean. Housekeeping lady knocked at my door in the morning asking if the room needs cleaning..just before i left for the day. She simply made my bed, bins unemptied, bathroom uncleaned with wet towels unreplaced, tea cups not replaced just barely washed with water..still wet and had tea stains from morning. I called reception, only to hear back I am just receptionist what can I do?"..no apologies. How unprofessional

It was a great hotel. The were nice, even gave us breakfast to go the last day. Breakfasts very lavish. On the Buda side but we were able to walk to Pest--a couple kilometers. Highly recommend.

Hello, I'm Çağan, I stayed at the hotel about 2-3 months (17-18 June) ago. However, I would like to point out that there was a problem in the rooms. Because after leaving the hotel, they charged us for the juice, cola, etc. that we bought. It was written free, but unfortunately they charged us even though it wrote free. Also, regarding the pollution issue, when the rooms are empty for a long time, they need to be cleaned from time to time. In order not to experience such dissatisfaction, I say it not only for myself but also because I think about other customers. In fact, it was so dusty that I sneezed all night and couldn't sleep. My friends thought I was sick. That's why I took a star off from you. Also I would like to take another star off that as I said once when we wanted to ventilate the room, when we opened the window, there were spider webs. The room really needs to be cleaned from time to time. but we regretted when we opened it, we kept the air conditioner on for half an hour or even an hour, but it didn't give us a chill. The location was good, but it was a bit far from the center, we had to walk to the markets we knew for about 7-8 minutes in order not to shop from the markets we did not know. Very good hotel, just outside the city center. The metro station M2 is 5 minutes by walk. Rooms are confortable and clean, you can find everything you need, even to prepare a coffee or a tea. Good for family and to stay for holiday and visit the city. You can also ask for a shuttle to go to the airport. Breakfast not included.

I stayed in this hotel last week. This hotel is nearby the main attractions. Only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Also train station is 3 minutes walk distance. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I also tried the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Food was good and staff also friendly.

Hotel moderno, bonito, com espaços bem devorados. Quarto bom, prático. O único ponto que não gostei: banheiro pequeno e ao tomar banho a água corria para fora da área de ducha e molhou tapete, fazendo uma pequena poça. Poderia haver uma porta box para evitar isso. Um café da manhã bom, com várias opções. Funcionários educados e prestativos.

I love the hotel. Interior is modern: the rooms, reception. Pleasant, supportive staff. Breakfast offering is great. Dinner menu also is nice. It is easy to hear sounds from another rooms. Convinient to use public transportation and move through the city.

Pasamos 4 días en fin de año con mi pareja. Solo entrar se nos cobró 15.000HUF, el equivalente a unos 48€ como depósito. El recepcionista, a parte de hablar tan bajo que ni se le escuchaba, no supo explicarnos el porqué del depósito que aún no hemos recibido de vuelta más de una semana después. El servicio de habitaciones correcto y las habitaciones espaciosas para una pareja. El baño es cierto que queda un poco pequeño pero el conjunto habitación + baño está a la altura, quizás se queda un poco corta para darle 4 estrellas cuando le sumamos los servicios. El bufet de desayuno muy poco variado, el personal muy seco, casi no habla y es nada simpático. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el metro está a menos de 2 minutos andando, el tram para justo delante del hotel y el bus también queda a unos 2 minutos del hotel. Los sitios de interés de la ciudad de Buda quedan a unos 10 minutos andando.

Excelente experiencia, Trato del personal excepcional. Mención especial a Klaudia en el check in, nos hizo sentir muy cómodos, una bienvenida de manual para fidelizar a cliente. Del mismo modo, Alí en el check out. Hotel con ubicación perfecta, en Buda, junto a M, tranvía y tren. Decoración moderna y agradable ambiente, desayuno completísimo. Gracias por todo!!

I had a great time, very good hotel at a great location. I go to Budapest a lot so Ive seen better and worse hotels. This one is definitely one of the best ones for the price that it costs. The staff were great, the receptionists were very helpful.

First the view from the 8th floor is great also the room is big enough and modern. I liked the overall design of the hotel. The breakfast was great and everything was fresh. The bar on the evening is also nice and you have many choices, but the red wine was colder than beer. The personal was friendly and overall I enjoyed the stay

Buen hotel. La habitación excelente, con una cama muy còmoda. También muy bueno el desayuno, variado y en cantidad. A 15 minuts del centro de pest a pie, peró con buenas comunicacions. A destacar el trato en recepción, de Ali, muy atento y amable.

Clearly no Good value for money Very tiny bathroom... without hairdryer. Had to ask to get one. And only one showel gel for two people. Not to mention the prison-window with view on the train...

After a long journey we arrived at the hotel, look amazing and great decoration. As we enter the hotel staff didnât seem interested in greeting us and found them extremely rude! Not a single smile...
