“Hello, I'm Çağan, I stayed at the hotel about 2-3 months (17-18 June) ago. However, I would like to point out that there was a problem in the rooms. Because after leaving the hotel, they charged us for the juice, cola, etc. that we bought. It was written free, but unfortunately they charged us even though it wrote free. Also, regarding the pollution issue, when the rooms are empty for a long time, they need to be cleaned from time to time. In order not to experience such dissatisfaction, I say it not only for myself but also because I think about other customers. In fact, it was so dusty that I sneezed all night and couldn't sleep. My friends thought I was sick. That's why I took a star off from you. Also I would like to take another star off that as I said once when we wanted to ventilate the room, when we opened the window, there were spider webs. The room really needs to be cleaned from time to time. but we regretted when we opened it, we kept the air conditioner on for half an hour or even an hour, but it didn't give us a chill. The location was good, but it was a bit far from the center, we had to walk to the markets we knew for about 7-8 minutes in order not to shop from the markets we did not know.
