Os quartos estavam limpos tudo estava indo muito bem até que alguém roubou o carro do meu avô e o hotel não pode nos dar qualquer evidência de quem fez isso porque eles não tinham câmeras de segurança onde ele estava estacionado, é uma área fechada que não deveria. em primeiro lugar, simplesmente não confie em seus serviços de segurança.

Clean, quite, and nice staff. The hotel is easily accessible and a lot of shopping nearby.

The rooms were clean everything was going great until someone stole off of my grand fathers car and the hotel can not give us any evidence of who did it because they didn’t have security cameras where he was parked it is a gated area that shouldn’t have happened in the first place just don’t rely on their security services.

Meu marido encontrou um pedaço de pepperoni no banheiro, as camas tinham manchas. O sofá e o chão estavam sujos. Esta foi a primeira vez que isso aconteceu quando eu fiz check-out do hotel devido à limpeza. Eu amo Hilton e fiquei extremamente desapontado. Acabamos fazendo o check-out, já que o hotel não tinha mais quartos. Para ser sincero, não acho que teria ficado se eles tivessem mais quartos. Normalmente sou exigente e meu marido até achava que era sujo. Isso era inaceitável. Eu nunca vou ficar naquele local novamente!

Eu não acho que eu ficaria neste Hampton Inn em San Antonio novamente. Do lado de fora o prédio parece muito bom, o estacionamento é amplo. O lobby é limpo e arrumado, a área da mesa do café da manhã também está muito bem localizada e não há barulho da avenida. O ruim: serviço de limpeza terrível, atitude da equipe não era boa, os quartos têm detalhes, edredom manchado, chave da banheira quebrada, etc. Má experiência neste hotel. O café da manhã é "para viagem", iogurte, pão, bagels, cereais, leite, leve em consideração.

Creo que no volvería a hospedarme en este Hampton Inn en San Antonio. Por fuera el edificio se ve bastante bien, el estacionamiento es amplio. El lobby esta limpio y ordenado, el área de mesas para desayuno también, esta muy bien ubicado y no hay ruido de la avenida. Lo malo: servicio de limpieza pésimo, actitud del staff tampoco fue buena, las habitaciones tienen detalles, edredón manchado, llave de la tina rota, etc. Mala experiencia en este hotel. El desayuno es "on the go", yogurth, pan, bagel's, cereal, leche, tomar en cuenta.

Es una excelente opción al visitar San Antonio. He regresado varias veces a esta ubicación, buen lugar.

Upon checking in, I noticed the entrance and on the way to the room was dirty. When we got into the room, it was filthy! My husband found a piece of pepperoni in the bathroom, the beds had stains. The sofa and floors were dirty. This was the first time this ever happen where I checked out of hotel due to cleanliness. I love Hilton, and I was extremely disappointed. We ended up checking out, since the hotel didn’t have didn’t have more rooms. To be honest, I don’t think I would of stayed if they had more rooms. I’m usually the picky one and my husband even thought it was dirty. This was unacceptable. I will never stay at that location again!

For starters our room smelled extremely musty and dirty. We had ZERO clean towels in our room and had a dirty used towel hanging over the shower. We checked in around 3:30 (check in starts at 3) and my mother in laws room was still not ready or cleaned. Also, the pool was GREEN. Their breakfast consisted of packaged muffins that looked like they were from the dollar store, & there was no milk for the cereal they had set out. This was probably the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at. Super disappointed. Paid $120 to stay 1 night but it was more worth $50 a night, and to be honest I wouldn’t even pay that to stay there again. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I’m surprised by any good reviews. The lobby and elevators are not clean and clearly in disrepair. Our room was so disappointing due to uncleanliness as well as no toilet paper. There was old fried chicken on the floor and the bathroom has mold on the ceiling and around the tub. Need I say more. My sister stayed as well and her room was just as bad. We won’t be staying here again!

Sala comum, lobby e elevadores estavam imundos o tempo todo. Lençóis sujos dos quartos de hóspedes. Nenhuma limpeza, apesar do pedido. Os itens do café da manhã não eram devidamente mantidos estocados e fornecidos a ponto de não haver mais nada disponível. O café era terrível! Os hóspedes estão levando vários pratos com itens empilhados para seus quartos, tirando as oportunidades de café da manhã para os outros. A banheira de hidromassagem estava fora de uso duas semanas antes e continuou a sair durante a nossa visita de uma semana. Ninguém me notificou dos inconvenientes. A localização está em desespero. Não vou recomendar e não vou ficar novamente.

O hotel e o quarto não estão limpos. Quarto está realmente sujo. O edredom era meio amarelo / marrom e não parecia ter sido lavado. Várias manchas no tapete e nos lençóis. Encontramos uma presilha de cabelo no chão. Também encontramos uma piranha de cabelo bem maior dentro dos lençóis. O lixo não é recolhido com frequência e acumula-se nas escadas, corredores e até sobrecarregando os caixotes do lixo. O detector de fumaça, por algum motivo, estava coberto com um plástico, tornando-o totalmente inútil. Teias de aranha na cabeça do aspersor e no teto da sala. Eu tirei várias fotos. O café da manhã está longe de ser aceitável. A quantidade é muito limitada e esgota-se rapidamente. Quando solicitado por mais cereais, a recepção me disse "isso é tudo o que temos". De acordo com a recepção, ovos e bacon não faziam parte do cardápio do café da manhã desde março de 2020. Meus filhos usaram a piscina e disseram que a cor da água era estranha e que não cheirava a limpo. Esta é a mesma experiência de outros amigos que também se hospedaram no hotel durante o mesmo período em que estávamos lá para um torneio de futebol. Esta foi uma decepção total para um cliente Hampton. Eu definitivamente nunca vou ficar neste hotel novamente.

Buen lugar para quedar con la familia, hay gel y toallitas desinfectantes en muchos lugares alrededor del hotel. La habitación temblaba algo ,creo que la cama estaba justo arriba de alguna tubería o algo así. Pero en general la estancia estuvo bien.

Hotel and Room are not clean. Room is actually dirty. Comforter was sort of yellow/brown and did not look like it had been washed. Several stains on both carpet and bed sheets. We found hair clip on the floor. We also found a much larger hair piranha inside the bed sheets. Trash is not picked up often and accumulates on stairs, hall and even overloading trash bins. The smoke detector, for some reason, was covered with a plastic, thus making it completely useless. Spider webs on the sprinkler head and on ceiling across the room. I have taken several pictures. Breakfast is far from acceptable. The quantity is very limited and it runs out fast. When asked for more cereal, front desk told me "this is all we have". According to the front desk, eggs, bacon had not been in the breakfast menu since March 2020. My kids used the pool and they mentioned that the color of the water was weird and that it did not smell clean. This is the same experience from other friends that also stayed at this hotel during the same period as we were there for a soccer tournament. This was a total disappointment for a Hampton customer. I will definitely never stay at this hotel again.

Common room, lobby and elevators were filthy at all times. Guest room dirty bedsheets. No house keeping despite request. Breakfast items were not properly maintained stocked and supplied to the point of nothing available. Coffee was terrible! Guests are taking multiple plates with stacked items to their rooms taking away from the breakfast opportunities for others. Hot tub was out two weeks prior and continued to be out during our week visit. No one notified me of the inconveniences. Location is in despair. Will not recommend and will not stay again.

Only stayed one night but it was right off the hyw and just a short drive from Six Flags Fiesta Texas and a lower price that the hotels at there exit. Clean place, good sized rooms and with included breakfast. I can't wait till they can add back the standard breakfast but everyone is limited at the moment. I'm booking it again next month as again it's a better value than the surrounding hotels.

Don't stay here; worst Hampton we've seen. Room was fine and clean enough, but only two bath towels in a double queen room. The room was clean enough, but the rest of the hotel was filthy; had not been vacuumed in some time. Tables were not cleaned at all during the breakfast hours as far as we could tell. Breakfast had few options. Curiously, there were a few boxes of cereal available the first morning, but then none the remaining 3 days. No towels in fitness room or pool area for the 4 days we were there. Many hand sanitizer stations, all empty. Only one pump bottle on the front counter. Our one interaction with the front desk outside of checking in was disappointing. While we and others waited, she sat typing on the computer (not on the phone) until we all finally just left. There are far better hotels in the area at similar prices. Skip this one.

Buen lugar, por el momento por cuestion de la pandenia falta un buen desayuno, pero todo bien en su servicio.

Já estive em albergues piores em minhas viagens anteriores, mas este não foi o melhor. Mesmo com as alegações de que eles "limpam" todos os quartos, você pode dizer que tudo o que eles fazem é retocar. Havia poeira em toda a parede acima das camas. Alguns dos interruptores das lâmpadas estavam quebrados. Havia um frasco de comprimidos atrás da mesa de cabeceira. O chuveiro tinha um pouco de ferrugem e mofo nas bordas. O caminhão de lixo chegou no meio da noite e acordou nossa família. E a vista da janela era literalmente uma lixeira. Sugiro aos trabalhadores que se esforcem mais na limpeza dos quartos.

I've been in worse hostels in my previous trips, but this one wasn't the best. Even with the claims that they "clean" all the rooms, you can tell all they do is touch it up. There was dust all over the wall above the beds. Some of the switches for the lamps were broken. There was a pill bottle behind the night stand. The shower had some rust and mold in the edges. The garbage truck came in the middle of the night and woke up our family. And the view from the window was literally a dumpster. I suggest to the workers to put better effort in cleaning the rooms.
