Wasn't told that they were in the middle of a renovation ahead of time. Elevators were out of service, breakfast was a mass produced muffin in a plastic wrapper, an apple, a bottle of water and a granola bar that were in brown paper bags lined up behind the front desk from the night before. I had one of the remodeled rooms which was fine, not amazing - just fine. The bed was good and not too dented, plenty of different pillows, and okay sheets. The toilet didn't flush or refill without having to mess with it. The room had lots of light switches that controlled random outlets and lamps but not in ways that made sense.

I hate leaving negative reviews, I stay at this hotel about 60 nights a year and this week is the last of it for me. Each time I have a bad experience I brush it off and keep coming back because the area is convenient to where I work and the airport. I always book thru the app and nothing was unusual. I show up and it’s under construction which I thought was great because the hotel really needs some attention. I do wish the site stated such so I had an option to go elsewhere but I let that go. The first morning I went for breakfast and there’s no seats and the girl said it’s a grab and go…I went with it. Come back to the construction zone and everything is good, the next morning I had a nice cold shower, reported it to the front desk and was ensured it would be addressed. Come back at 3 and they said it was fixed, it wasn’t, then was in parts of the hotel. At 7pm I was trying to wash up and no hot water again and was informed the staff left for the day. I let it roll. Morning 2 another cold shower, reported it and they said it would be fixed that morning. Came back and 1, no hot water…what a mess. I was told so many conflicting stories and here it is after 7pm and I’m gearing myself up for a 3rd cold shower in the am. As a side note, I was given the managers email to contact and complain. He offered me 20% off and I told him my company pays and that doesn’t help me. He offered points and with no other options I accepted and then he made a snide remark about companies paying for rooms and individuals reaping the points. He was a jerk in a sneaky way! Needless to say I’m done with this location. My room was dirty, service was terrible, no hot water and went to chill by the pool and it’s filthy. I have pictures to share if there’s a doubt. Save yourself and stay at another Hilton property!

The staff is super kind, but the hotel is putting guests in rooms next to a demolition/major remodel next door with dudes hurling huge pieces of metal out a window into a dumpster from at least 10am to 2am…. No warning. No ear plugs or sound machines or fans. Not the best set up for restful sleeping. Their parking lot is too small for the amount of guests, yet they are charging a large fee for parking daily?? if you need to sleep, maybe choose somewhere else

The room was clean. The bathroom could use a refresh as some of the tub was showing wear. The vents needed cleaning. The beds were comfortable with a medium to hard firmness. The room is spacious with a sofa bed if needed. The lobby was under renovation. The parking is limited but they offer complimentary valet.

I've been in Hilton hotels for more then 90 days this year and this is by far the worst one yet. When I checked in I was told there were 4 rooms available, I picked my room and when I got to it, the room was 88 degrees with a broken ac unit. They had a temporary window ac unit but the spacing around the hose wasn't even sealed making it pointless. I went right back down stairs to ask to switch rooms and someone else was at the desk, a guy named Robert. When I asked, he just immediately told me there were no other rooms available. He didn't even move to look on the computer. He looked after I mentioned the previous staff member told me there were others available. Previous staff member was fantastic, some dude with long hair (I forgot his name). I switched rooms and this one was hot as well and smelled like Chinese food, but the ac worked so I stayed with it. I took a shower and the hot water ran out in 5 minutes and never returned, not the next night or morning after. I showed the staff the picture of the bad window AC job and water issue but they didn't seem to care, didn't take any notes of it or anything. Also when I checked out they didn't send me an email of my receipt or give a physical copy, this might be due to poor training.

Hilton "invited" me to give this review of my recent stay - clearly without knowing what I was going to say. We stayed here with a large group including a bunch of kids for a youth sports tournament...
