“Amado at the entrance was extraordinary, Miguel Angel our waiter at breakfast buffet was super awesome too.
We checked in at 2pm and our room wasn't ready until 530pm, we called for towels because we didn't have enough and they showed til next day. We called 3 times the night we arrived around 7pm.
Location is too far for attractions.
Amado and Miguel Angel made this hotel worth the stay and made it so much better with their customer service. Thanks God for them. AC are very lucky to have them. Very thankful to them .”

“Reservamos por 2 noches. Llegamos a las 5pm a hacer el check in y resulta que nuestra habitación aún no estaba lista, por ser miembros bonvoy teníamos Upgrade a una "Junior Suite" pero la recepcionista nos asignó una "Life style" que según era mucho mejor, con una vista increíble y al entrar a la habitación nada que ver. Mi esposo bajó quejarse y pedir cambio a la Junior Suite que fue la que nos había asignado la app en primer lugar, y con toda grosera hizo el cambio hasta las 8pm!! Al entrar a la nueva habitación, es un mega cambio, pues tenía sala, terraza con vista a la calle principal y el baño era dos veces la habitación que según ella "era mejor". En cuanto al desayuno, está rico, te dan opción de pedir algún plato de la carta con el bufet, pedimos la cazuela de Jamón Serrano y estaba muy rica, nos encantó. El mesero del restaurante es muy carismático y te da muchas opciones. La piscina es linda, caliente pero no está "muy limpia" que digamos, de a ratos huele a agua estancada un poco pero el ambiente es bueno; fue lo que más nos recomendaron y la verdad no cumplió al 100 nuestras expectativas.”
