“Amado at the entrance was extraordinary, Miguel Angel our waiter at breakfast buffet was super awesome too. We checked in at 2pm and our room wasn't ready until 530pm, we called for towels because we didn't have enough and they showed til next day. We called 3 times the night we arrived around 7pm. Location is too far for attractions. Amado and Miguel Angel made this hotel worth the stay and made it so much better with their customer service. Thanks God for them. AC are very lucky to have them. Very thankful to them . Amado na entrada foi extraordinário, Miguel Angel nosso garçom no buffet de café da manhã foi super incrível também. Fizemos o check-in às 14h e nosso quarto só estava pronto às 17h30, pedimos toalhas porque não tínhamos o suficiente e elas apareceram até o dia seguinte. Ligamos 3 vezes na noite em que chegamos por volta das 19h. Localização é muito longe para atrações. Amado e Miguel Angel fizeram este hotel valer a pena a estadia e o tornaram muito melhor com o atendimento ao cliente. Graças a Deus por eles. AC tem muita sorte em tê-los. Muito grato a eles.”
