“Pésima atención por parte del personal de recepción, no atendieron el teléfono, hubo fuga y nos dejaron sin agua en la habitación si no es por que reclamamos así nos quedamos, el personal de recepción se pone a platicar en lugar de solucionarte o atenderte , definitivamente no es buena opción y no volvería”

“Hotel com pontos a favor e outros contra; +Sua piscina coberta e aquecida. + Travesseiros macios de penas de ganso. - Os dispensadores de shampoo não funcionam - A pia entupida. - Apesar da reserva, o quarto só ficou pronto depois das 19h.Espero que esses aspectos melhorem em breve.”
