NH Collection Marseille is a 4-star hotel situated between the old port and the city center of Marseille, in “La Joliette”. Its historical Haussmanian building is located in the old “Imperial Street” of Marseille, inaugurated by Napoleon III in 1864, and then renamed “Rue de la République” after his departure. You will find the main attractions of the city: “Le Vieux Port”, “Le Panier” and its picturesque little streets, and also “Le MUCEM”. Its 176 rooms have an elegant decoration in accordance with the charming Haussmanian style of the hotel. The hotel provides a wide range of customized services, such as the fully equipped fitness center and diverse meeting rooms. “Good hotel with good location. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was vary varied. The only strange thing was the fact that during the stay here, they simply didn't have any hand soap to provide to be used in the rooms. Any attempt to get hand soap resulted in the reception desk simply giving out shower gel bottles, which seemed a bit odd.”

“Avoid at all costs.Sleep on the street before you give these people even $1 of your money.Edit to address response from owner: I was unable to check in after the check-in window opened because my room was still being cleaned.40 minutes later after being told it was still being cleaned twice, i was told that they gave away my room and my only option was a worse room for which I received no refund or compensation vs the room i paid for but did not receive.In many countries this is a crime as money was taken but a different product was given.”
