This place is very poorly maintained. Everything in the rooms and halls is beaten up: chipped paint, scratches and dents, poorly applied repairs, although no attempt has been made to repair most of the damage. There is a chemical smell in the room that is making me sick. Unfortunately we couldn't get a room at Homewood suites where we usually stay when in the Savannah airport area. . After being a Hilton Rewards member for many years and booking with Hilton 90% of the time i travel, i am quite disappointed that the handicap accessible room i have booked for tonight does NOT have the bathtub bench installed. Since i am a double above the knee amputee, a shower bench (not chair) is necessary for bathing when i do not have a roll in shower. So i asked at the front desk to have maintenance come to our room to install the bench (that was sitting against the wall in the bathroom) only to find out “we don’t have maintenance on the weekends”!!??!! Do you have guests on the weekend? Is there something magical about your establishment that nothing breaks or requires maintenance on the weekends??? The front desk clerk was very nice and apologetic so i can’t blame her for what is clearly managements failings…Do better Hilton!! If managers can’t find someone to work maintenance on the weekends, i suggest u get a repairman type person on call before the ADA people come after you… Depois de ser um membro do Hilton Rewards por muitos anos e reservar com o Hilton 90% do tempo em que viajo, estou bastante desapontado porque o quarto acessível para deficientes físicos que reservei para esta noite NÃO tem o banco da banheira instalado. Como sou um amputado duplo acima do joelho, é necessário um banco de chuveiro (não uma cadeira) para tomar banho quando não tenho um chuveiro roll-in. Então pedi na recepção que a manutenção viesse ao nosso quarto para instalar a bancada (que ficava encostada na parede do banheiro) e descobri “não temos manutenção nos finais de semana”!!??!! Você tem convidados no fim de semana? Existe algo mágico no seu estabelecimento que nada quebra ou exige manutenção nos finais de semana??? A recepcionista foi muito simpática e se desculpou, então não posso culpá-la pelo que são claramente falhas de gerenciamento ... Faça melhor Hilton! Se os gerentes não conseguirem encontrar alguém para trabalhar na manutenção nos fins de semana, sugiro que você chame um reparador de plantão antes que o pessoal da ADA venha atrás de você…

Dado que tengo una amputación doble por encima de la rodilla, es necesario un banco de ducha (no una silla) para bañarme cuando no tengo una ducha a ras de suelo. Very nice hotel. Everything was clean, well maintained, and close to a ton of amenities.Staff was very friendly. Muito bom hotel. Tudo estava limpo, bem conservado e perto de uma tonelada de comodidades. A equipe foi muito simpática.

Great staff who treated our Grand Champion marching band crew with great respect and admiration, even though we did beat the local band! :-) Ótimo hotel! Excelente localização com muitos restaurantes a uma curta distância. Ótima equipe que tratou nossa equipe da banda marcial do Grande Campeão com grande respeito e admiração, embora tenhamos vencido a banda local! :-)

Great room, very clean, dog friendly! We enjoyed our free breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and our pet friendly room was on the first floor next to the side entrance which was very convenient for taking the dogs out. Can't say enough good stuff about this hotel/chain. Gran habitación, muy limpia, se admiten perros. Disfrutamos de nuestro desayuno gratis. La cama era muy cómoda y nuestra habitación apta para mascotas estaba en el primer piso al lado de la entrada lateral, lo cual era muy conveniente para sacar a los perros. No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre este hotel/cadena.

We stayed at this hotel in October of 2020 when we were en-route to Florida.We decided to stay near Savannah for a couple of days and this hotel was the perfect fit for us.It is right near the highway and is only a 15-20 minute drive into Savannah...and way cheaper than staying in Savannah.I'm not sure when this hotel was built but it seemed pretty new.Although there were restrictions in place because of Covid, the hotel and staff were SO accommodating.It was very clean and comfortable.We are looking forward to staying there again later this year. Está justo cerca de la autopista y está a solo 15 a 20 minutos en auto de Savannah... y es mucho más barato que quedarse en Savannah. No estoy seguro de cuándo se construyó este hotel, pero parecía bastante nuevo. Aunque hubo restricciones debido a Covid, el hotel y el personal fueron MUY serviciales. Estaba muy limpio y cómodo. Estamos deseando volver a alojarnos allí más tarde este año.

Ele fica bem perto da rodovia e fica a apenas 15-20 minutos de carro em Savannah... e muito mais barato do que ficar em Savannah. Não tenho certeza quando este hotel foi construído, mas parecia bastante novo. Embora houvesse restrições por causa do Covid, o hotel e a equipe foram muito atenciosos. Era muito limpo e confortável. Estamos ansiosos para ficar lá novamente no final deste ano.

We tried to stay here, we checked in and then right back out. We always do a mattress check, because we all saw that 60 minutes documentary. Well. We found bugs, plural. Nested in the mattress. They were alive and kicking. We showed the attendant on site, ans they stated the manager would have to issue the refund. Weeks went by and nothing had to call 4 more times to get a manager, and 3 weeks later we had the refund. The thing is, the onsite attendant did not seemed surprised by the photos and did not seem shocked... 😑 Wanted to warn everyone as i wish I had known, the reviews looked fine. And we had to drive home 4+ hours instead of staying the night. Also, black build up on the mattress Tentamos ficar aqui, fizemos o check-in e depois voltamos. Sempre verificamos o colchão, porque todos vimos aquele documentário de 60 minutos. Nós iremos. Encontramos bugs, no plural. Aninhado no colchão. Eles estavam vivos e chutando. Mostramos o atendente no local, e eles informaram que o gerente teria que emitir o reembolso. Semanas se passaram e nada teve que ligar mais 4 vezes para conseguir um gerente, e 3 semanas depois tivemos o reembolso. A questão é que o atendente no local não pareceu surpreso com as fotos e nem pareceu chocado... 😑 Queria avisar a todos como eu gostaria de saber, os comentários pareciam bons. E tivemos que dirigir para casa mais de 4 horas em vez de passar a noite. Além disso, acúmulo preto no colchão
