Por onde começo, pelo preço dos quartos. Os quartos eram tão pequenos quando virei a esquina que meu ombro continuava batendo na TV. A TV estava na parede. Nosso ferro continua pingando água em nossas roupas enquanto tentamos passá-las. A garrafa de lavagem do chuveiro estava vazia, ligamos para dizer que estava vazia. Eles nos trouxeram pequenos frascos de loção para o corpo. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Apenas positivo.

Where do I start, for the price of the rooms. The rooms were so small as I turned the corner my shoulder keep hitting the TV. The TV was on the wall. Our iron keep dripping water on our clothes as we tried to iron them. Shower wash bottle was empty we called to tell them it was empty. They brought us small bottles of body lotion. The employees were very nice. Only positive.

Fiquei neste hotel várias vezes nos últimos dois anos. Esta estadia foi horrível. Como outros já mencionaram, há um grande canteiro de obras ao lado, e o barulho constante começa às 7h e continua até às 19h. Se você planeja dormir ou trabalhar no hotel, NÃO fique neste estabelecimento. A maioria das propriedades Marriott alertará você sobre isso antes do check-in, mas não esta propriedade. Não é bom.Depois da minha primeira noite sem ar condicionado / quebrado no meu quarto, eles me mudaram / me 'atualizaram' para uma suíte que foi legal até eu descobrir que o ar-condicionado também não funcionava naquele quarto !! Bem miserável.Eu sou um viajante de negócios regular (Titanium) com Marriott, mas esta propriedade precisa ser evitada no futuro próximo até que eles descubram algumas coisas.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past two years. This stay was awful. As others have mentioned, there is a major construction site right next door, and the constant noise starts at 7am and continues to 7pm. If you’re planning on sleeping in or working from the hotel, do NOT stay at this property. Most Marriott properties will alert you to this before checking in, but not this property. Not good.After my first night of no/broken air conditioning in my room, they moved / ‘upgraded’ me to a suite which was nice until I discovered that the AC didn’t work in that room either!! Pretty miserable.I’m a regular business traveler (Titanium) with Marriott, but this property needs to be avoided for the foreseeable future until they get some things figured out.

Os funcionários têm sido gentis e prestativos. O quarto, limpo e normalmente, uma bela vista, tenho certeza. Agora, porém, isso está acontecendo direto da minha varanda. Estou aqui para trabalhar. The employees have been kind and helpful. The room, clean and normally, a beautiful view I'm sure. Right now, though, this is going on right off of my balcony. I am here for work. It's been hard getting things done from here. I will stay elsewhere when I return to the area next week and throughout this year. It is a huge construction project. I couldn't guess their estimated date of completion.

Passei cinco noites neste hotel e tive uma experiência agradável. O quarto foi recentemente renovado e tem uma bela vista para a marina. Posso ver o nascer do sol na minha cama. O bairro é tranquilo e seguro, e acessível às principais atrações de Miami. O hotel cobra US$ 29 para estacionamento com manobrista, mas encontramos estacionamento gratuito na rua nas proximidades. O hotel também cobra US $ 22 em créditos diários de resort, que cobrem água engarrafada, aluguel de bicicletas, bebida do dia e aula de ioga (supostamente). Fomos informados de que a aula de ioga é realizada na sala de reuniões, mas nunca encontramos o instrutor e a sala foi usada para armazenamento de bagagem. A recepção também não aplicou os créditos de US$ 20 para alimentos e bebidas na minha conta. Felizmente, verifiquei a conta antes de sair e tive que pedir que corrigissem isso. O serviço de jantar também não estava disponível na quarta à noite e não houve aviso prévio. Finalmente, como outros convidados apontaram, a pia do banheiro é tão pequena.

I spent five nights at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was recently renovated and has a nice view to the marina. I can watch the sunrise on my bed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and accessible to major attractions in Miami. The hotel charges $29 for valet parking, but we found free street parking nearby. The hotel also charges $22 daily resort credits, which covers bottled water, bike rental, drink of the day, and yoga class (supposedly). We were told the yoga class is held in the meeting room, but we never found the instructor and the room was used for luggage storage instead. The front desk also didn't apply the $20 food and beverage credits to my bill. Luckily I checked the bill before I left and had to ask them to correct that. The dinner service was also unavailable on Wed night and there was no advance notice. Finally, as other guests had pointed out, the bathroom sink is so tiny.

I hospedado aqui para aniversário fim de semana em setembro 2021 e foi muito satisfeito com o hotel e minha estadia. A jovem da recepção foi muito útil e foi capaz de me colocar em um andar superior quando eu perguntei. Lindo quarto com uma bela vista da Marina. O banheiro era pequeno, mas era bom para mim, um viajante solo. O manobrista foi amigável e rápido. Ficaria novamente e recomendaria a outras pessoas que procuram um hotel em Miami.

Teve uma ótima estadia O concierge atualizou o quarto e eu não perguntei o porquê. O quarto tinha uma bela vista dos fogos de artifício. Muito limpo sem queixas, exceto luz na área da cozinha, mas o ambiente é bom. Definitivamente voltaremos.

Had a great stay. Concierge upgraded the room and i didn't ask why. The room had a great view of the fireworks. Very clean no complaints other than no light in the kitchen area but the ambience is nice. Will definitely go back.

I stayed here for a birthday weekend in September 2021 and was very pleased with the hotel and my stay. The young lady at the front desk was so helpful and was able to put me on a higher floor when I asked. Beautiful room with a great view of the Marina. Bathroom was small but was fine for me, a solo traveler. Valet was friendly and quick. Would stay again and recommend to others looking for a hotel in Miami.

Not enough stars for this hotel, it is a 10.Stayed here for a girls weekend recently, the front desk staff friendly and accommodating.The valet staff very friendly, polite and pleasant.Martin my favorite bartender forever, he had great recommendations for dancing and restaurants and was great company for the complimentary happy hour drink.The hotel is clean and updated, returning very soon.Highly recommend.

We are Marriott members and used our points for, what was supposed to be a couple of free nights at this property. Free ended up being 175 bucks. They have their littleâ¦. amenity fees and parking...
