“I stayed here for a birthday weekend in September 2021 and was very pleased with the hotel and my stay. The young lady at the front desk was so helpful and was able to put me on a higher floor when I asked. Beautiful room with a great view of the Marina. Bathroom was small but was fine for me, a solo traveler. Valet was friendly and quick. Would stay again and recommend to others looking for a hotel in Miami.”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past two years. This stay was awful. As others have mentioned, there is a major construction site right next door, and the constant noise starts at 7am and continues to 7pm. If you’re planning on sleeping in or working from the hotel, do NOT stay at this property. Most Marriott properties will alert you to this before checking in, but not this property. Not good.After my first night of no/broken air conditioning in my room, they moved / ‘upgraded’ me to a suite which was nice until I discovered that the AC didn’t work in that room either!! Pretty miserable.I’m a regular business traveler (Titanium) with Marriott, but this property needs to be avoided for the foreseeable future until they get some things figured out.”
