The New York EDITION seamlessly blends the elegant design of Ian Schrager with its Madison Avenue landmark beginnings. Originally constructed in 1909 as Metropolitan Life Insurance Company’s headquarters, this clocktower, near Madison Square Park, has been ingeniously reinvented to offer luxury boutique accommodation, a tranquil hotel spa, chic new event spaces and a Michelin-starred restaurant helmed by Executive Chef Jason Atherton, all encompassed by 360-degree views of the City. The Clocktower restaurant offers updated classics and contemporary British fare by Michelin starred Chef Jason Atherton. Located on the hotel’s landmarked second floor, The Clocktower includes three uniquely-designed dining rooms, a billiards room, and a bar made entirely of gold leaf. Bespoke cocktails and Magic Owl Easy Blond Ale, brewed exclusively for The New York EDITION, are offered at the Lobby Bar, as is breakfast, lunch and light dinner.

“Tivemos um grande momento neste hotel. O quarto era adorável e limpo, com vistas deslumbrantes da parte baixa de Manhattan. Eu também amei o banheiro, especialmente o chuveiro. A única reclamação que tive foi que não achei a cama muito confortável, o colchão parecia um pouco barato e não havia travesseiros suficientes fornecidos sem ter que pedir mais.A equipe foi ótima, desde a recepção até a arrumação. Os barmen no andar de baixo fizeram deliciosos coquetéis em um espaço confortável, mas é extremamente caro, mesmo para os padrões de Nova York.Vamos ficar neste hotel novamente na próxima vez que estivermos em Nova York.”
