A suíte à beira-mar reservada, estava mais em ruínas do que a suíte, sistema elétrico quebrado, porta da janela do pátio quebrada, 4 dias de vazamento de água no banheiro com piso totalmente molhado, no geral precisando de reforma.A renovação inesperada da piscina (piscina principal) não pode ser usada por 1 semana, poeira e ruído, renovação necessária devido ao risco de ferimentos,Parte da comida era catastrófica, não era comestível para o café da manhã, supostamente sucos espremidos na hora com pelo menos 50% de água, doces provavelmente comprados a granel, borrachudos ou duros, à noite apenas 2 de 3 restaurantes estavam abertos - seleção muito pequena e depois de alguns dias você não pode mais ver isso. Vinhos dos melhores e mais baratos podiam ser adquiridos, mas não deveriam ser necessários a € 780,00 / dia.Provavelmente, a zona da praia não foi mantida ou desinfectada durante o encerramento, o que permitiu o desenvolvimento de um grande número de insectos picadores ou picadores, razão pela qual vários hóspedes tiveram de consultar o médico.O chamado mordomo reserva espreguiçadeiras pela manhã (certamente por uma gorjeta generosa) para clientes selecionados, de modo que às vezes não havia espreguiçadeiras disponíveis às 08:00 da manhã.O pessoal é super legal e as instalações poderiam ser muito boas se você tivesse investido na reforma de antemão. Eu sempre faço a reserva e as informações fornecidas pela reserva estão corretas Desta vez, a informação estava errada, sobre o horário de check-in e mais, e o gerente do hotel apenas disse que não é nossa culpa, é culpa da reservaMais do que isso, eu viajo muito pelo mundo, alugo hotéis de 100 por noite até 1500 por noite (usd) Este hotel não vale o preço! Eu nem sei quem deu 5 estrelas a ele O banheiro não está funcionando - sim, eles mandam alguém consertar depois de 10 minutos, mas isso acontecia 10 vezes por dia Não há água quente no chuveiro Os quartos não se parecem com a imagem As coisas não seguem o protocolo cobiçoso, as pessoas andando ali sem máscara A limpeza do quarto é absolutamente zero. Como eles vêm, eles consertam a cama e vão Nem clicar Insetos em todos os lugares onde a sala não está protegida. E eu peguei a “suíte” A comida não é fresca. Mesmo no exército eu não comia comida tão ruim

I always book from booking and the information booking provide is correct This time the info was wrong, about check in hours and more and the hotel manager just said its not our fault its booking fault More then this i travel a lot the world, i take hotels from 100 per night up to 1500 per night (usd) This hotel not worth the price! I dont even know who give him 5 stars Toilet not working - yes they send some one to fix after 10 minutes but it happened 10 times a day There is no hot water in shower The rooms not look like in image The stuff not keep the covid protocol, people walking there with no mask The clean in the room is absolutely 0 . Like they come they fix the bed and going Not even click it Bugs every where the room not protected . And i took the “suite” The food is not fresh. Even in army i didnt eat such bad food

Calma luxuosa! Tudo estava ótimo, o lugar era legal, de uma forma meio rústica. Os serviços foram fantásticos e as instalações maravilhosas. Metade do resort estava fechado para reforma e Covid, mas isso não interferiu em nada. A ÚNICA desvantagem era que em alguns dias os flebotomíneos eram cruéis na praia, mas isso se devia principalmente à chuva, umidade elevada e céu nublado. Os dias ensolarados foram ótimos. Este NÃO é um lugar de festa EM TODOS, mas um bom local de relaxamento e mimos para adultos.

Por el concepto del lugar y la atención del personal, todos han sido divinos desde los restaurantes,bares hasta la animación.El único problema es que no proporcionan raidolitos o plaquitas contra los mosquitos y nos han picado cada noche. Tenemos más de 100 piquetes cada uno.

Luxurious Calm! Everything was great, the place was nice, in a slightly rustic manner. The services were all fantastic, and the facility was wonderful. Half of the resort was closed for both renovation and Covid, but that didn't interfere in the least. The ONLY down-side was that on a couple days the sand flies were vicious at the beach, but that was mostly due to a rainfall, high humidity and overcast skies. The sunny days were all great. This is NOT a party place AT ALL, but a good pampering relax spot for adults.

Lugar absolutamente incrível. Eu amei todos os dias aqui. Eu gosto de lugares menores, menos comercializados, sem a agitação de lugares lotados. Isso foi perfeito. As melhores vistas que já vi da piscina com vista para os coqueiros e para o mar. O oceano está calmo e sereno. O serviço é impecável. Todos, desde a arrumação, a anfitriã, os chefs e os bartenders vão além a cada dia! O empilhamento de algas marinhas na praia em uma taxa alarmante é um problema. Mas é mais um problema de aquecimento global, e a administração faz o melhor que pode para limpá-lo todos os dias.

It's a case of "you know how to take a booking but not how to hold a booking" with this place.And, really, that's the essence of a booking, isn't it?After doing a lot of research, we booked a honeymoon trip here in June 2021 for September 2021.Everything confirmed, communicated directly with the hotel to arrange transportation from and to the airport - no problem.Then in early September, "we regret to inform you that we have overbooked ourselves and cannot honor our commitment."Then, "to make up for the inconvenience" we were rebooked at another hotel - doesn't look as good - and were offered some complimentary nights at Zoëtry in the future that we can only use if we book another flight from the US.No responsiveness to requests for greater/different compensations.Very, very poor from a place that wants to appear top of the line.If you book here, cross your fingers that you have a room when you arrive.

Absolutely amazing place. I loved every single day here. I like smaller less commercialized places without the hustle and bustle of crowded place. This was perfect. The best views I have ever seen from the pool overlooking the coconut trees and the ocean. The ocean is calm and serene. The service is impeccable. Everyone starting from housekeeping, hostess, the chefs to bartenders go above and beyond every single day! The seaweed piling up to the beach in an alarming rate is an issue. But it is more of a Global Warming issue, and the management try their best every other day to clean it up.

Excellent resort. Food, service, and spa were all top notch. House wine could be improved but that is the only criticism. Beware the 90m vacation club pitch at another resort. It'll get you some free gifts but our 90 minutes lasted 3 hours.

Great place to stay. Very professional staff and hospitality is amazing. The concierge gets very personal and take care of you all the way. Big thanks to Alejandro, Cesar, the guys that picked up fresh coconuts every morning and left us at 8:00 in the morning and all other staff ❤

Realmente el hotel no es bueno no vale lo que cuesta, no es 5 estrellas. Pueden obtener mejores hoteles por el mismo precio, bajen los precios a la calidad del hotel y la gente no se sentirá tan mal. De haber pagado mucho por tan poco

53 people went for my sisters wedding and 53 people went home raving about this resort. The service, the appearance, the food, the drinks, everything was absolutely amazing. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The entire resort was clean. Walking through the resort all of the employees say hello when you pass them by. It’s very quiet and relaxing. The food at the restaurant and room service were great. I would definitely go back to this resort and recommend it to all of my friends.

I didn’t want to write a review but I felt I had to because I didn’t want any other Americans or who ever to go through what my wedding party had to go through. We paid top dollar for a resort with good reviews just to go there in person and see the opposite. The pictures you see and reviews I’m sure is place there but there own staff. I watch them rip off guess after guess with hiding cost which they will not tell you until you are checking out. Please please please do not ask or accept any type of Transpataion from this resort. It is a scam and you should try to arrange transportation prior or just don’t go here. The stuff steals you items from you room simple as that. Don’t make the day time management trick you because the are good speakers and will try to convince you that you are the one that missed placed it. Please stay away from this place. The dream resort is 10 times better

We spent five days at this resort. It was capped at 30% capacity due to Covid-19. We did suggest to them to improve the lighting near a set of 3 elongated steps near the shops. They are a fall hazard.
