Unfortunately not as expected of a four-star hotel. When we first came in, the way the that the lobby looked and the personnel behind the main desk made me feel like we made the right choice for our stay but was quite soon disappointed. I can ignore the stained carpet, dirty sink, clear presence of dust in many spots and maybe even the black mold spots in the bathroom but what I cannot overlook or accept are the following three things: - some sort of bedbugs or something that bit us and the children - the attitude of one of the bartenders whom I asked if milkshakes are available in the menu and he scoffed and laught at me - at the breakfast buffet there were flies in the apple vinegar and when I informed the young man behind the counter he just shrug his shoulders until I insisted for him to take the bottle away The only reason I don't give less stars and I choose to not make a formal complaint is the personnel at the front desk that was very helpful and well mannered. Apart from that... not a four-star hotel

This hotel is located in the city which makes it ideal. I was able to walk to Westfield Donau mall in about 20 minutes or so. The tram stop isn't far away either and you can go to the city centre. I was attending a meeting at the Vienna International Centre and I walked there in about 10 minutes. The interior of the hotel is very clean and inviting. The rooms are comfortable and the staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast can be added on for about 18 Euros. I will stay there if I return again.

Ok if visiting VIC. Not in city center but metro is easy enough. Near beach by river which is fun. Rooms are a little run down but clean. Bar service is good but very limited in selection for spirits. Breakfast is ok but very crowded. Food in restaurant is pretty good. Price is ok. Updated a star since I left because the service was really pretty good and the place was very clean.

I stayed for four nights, Lets start with the positives, the location is great as it was a walking distance to my office. The breakfast buffet was great. The service was good. Now lets come to negatives: The worst gym of my life in the hotel, I was shocked it very small and they have only 1 treadmill, 1 Elliptical and 1 bicycle with some weights. The internet speed is below average, I must say I had a faster internet some of the hotels in Africa :).

there was a situation where I left snacks and drinks in the room in the refrigerator and left for the city. I return, there is nothing, I went to the reception, they quickly figured it out, compensated for the missing. Thanks, good service

Nothing that I will remember mostly because everything worked fine, rooms are old and quite outdated but still clean, staff were good, location is good with easy access, breakfast was fine. All in all “fine” as nothing major to complain about but also nothing that impressed me, standard hotel could use a bit of an upgrade to furniture and fittings, only negative I think was that the doors are really load and you can hear people coming and going most of the time. Maybe would be a way to stop the doors from being slammed unintentionally, and rather closed slowly and quietly? Price to value ratio is good and as mentioned staff were friendly and helpful!
