“Péssimo! O sistema do ar condicionado não funcionava quando chegamos no sábado à noite, e não havia ninguém - conforme o serviço da recepção - para atender. Mudaram de quarto no dia seguinte e ao reclamar que a temperatura no quarto estava a 25o C , informaram novamente que não havia ninguém para regular e que o hotel todo estava com esse problema! Mudei-me nesse domingo as 22:00h para o vizinho Marriott, muito bom por sinal ! Quase estragaram minha visita a linda cidade!”
