“We’ll maintained but definitely an older hotel. The rooms have clearly been updated, but things like the older bathtub instead of a walk in shower gives away its age. Staff was super friendly. I heard a guy who was staying in the freeway side of the hotel saying was noisy, but my side was quite, so ask to stay on the non freeway side. I would stay here again”

“Hilton was once a really nice hotel to stay at. I am sad to see that it has really changed,
We use to be able to go to the lounge and there would be fresh coffee and cookies ready for the guests. They still have snacks only apples aren't as appealing as chocolate macadamia cookies. Lol.
I only noticed that Hilton doesn't have glassware anymore because the day before we stayed at Cache Creek Casino and they had glassware. I miss that.
I am a very particular especially when it comes to cleanliness that's one of my pet peeves. If the bedding and the bathroom do not look clean I have a problem especially since we are paying so much money to stay there.
Last but not least, when I call in a reservation, I let them know I need a room that is handicap accessible. When they confirm that the room is available I expect there is a room for me by the time I arrive. It was NOT available. There should be more than 1 room available for people that are disabled /or handicapped. The Hilton isn't the only hotel that lacks rooms for the disabled it happened to me else where.”
