“This was my first time back at this Embassy Suites by Hilton in more than 6 months. The staff has not changed, I've always had an excellent/outstanding welcome and gracious treatment and they continue to impress.
Most of the rooms have been upgraded and remodeled, and are amazing. As an Honors Reward member, I especially enjoyed the room upgrade on arrival. If ever in DC, this is the next best place to call home. Breakfast is included, and the omelets are unmatched by any hotel restaurant in the region. I'll give you a sneak peak of what to expect..... never mind the guy in the mirror”

“Estuvimos 3 noches y solo 1 limpiaron el cuarto. CERO!! NADA!! Camas sin tender, obvio toallas húmedas sin cambiar (cuando pedimos toallas limpias dijeron no tenían!!) Obvio el baño y basura sin sacar etc. Es lamentable xq todo lo demás es bueno. Pero llegar a tu habitación después de un largo día y q este todo tirado no es de la calidad de un hotel como este. Y para colmo el día que "limpiaron" dejaron sábanas sucias tiradas en el piso.”
