Hotel resort contudo o que preciso para umas férias de excelência

From the moment we arrived the hospitality was first class. Our luggage was taken to our room, we checked in within a couple of minutes and greeted with a drink. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning, fridge, complimentary bottles of water everyday and, the maid service was excellent. The grounds are very well kept with the gardeners very active in its maintaining The pool area is spacious with enough sun loungers for all. No getting up to early to save one. Entertainment and sports around the pool on most days Food was excellent with a varied choice everyday. Drinks, especially cocktails available all day, everyday with a pretty good list Night time entertainment was fantastic with a very enthusiastic cast Located 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty loungers Overall an excellent resort with staff that I can praise highly enough. We will return

Our 3rd time here really enjoyed ourselves the staff are really friendly and helpful. Entertainment at night is a bit poor but we don't come for that, you might like it. Food is very good but like any other hotel it becomes a bit samey after a while. Would recommend electric bikes for the day. Good way to visit the island. No stress!! 😎🏝️😘

Sitio agradable. Atención amable. Comida variada y en general de buen sabor. No hay alternativas de lácteos para intolerantes a la lactosa o celíacos. El alcohol que se sirve en los cocteles es pésimo pero es el mal del que padecen todos los resorts así que no de sale de la normalidad. La playa es estupenda perohay que caminar unos 10 min desde el hotel.Los espectáculos nocturnos son variados y están bien. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias pero las tuberías despiden olores muy desagradables que no hay forma de evitar porque la habitación se comunica con el baño. Hay mosquitos así que es recomendable el uso de repelentes.

Hotel fantástico,boa comida, bons espaços verdes e bem arranjados, fácil acesso à praia ( 5 minutos a pé) , quartos bons. Mas o mais importante, os funcionários, todos 5 estrelas, equipa de animação 6 estrelas. Parabéns

O espaço está muito bem arranjado e limpo. A praia é óptima são 10minutos a pé que se fazem lindamente. As pessoas que trabalham no resort são o melhor de tudo, nunca estive num sitio com pessoas tão simpáticas. O único aspeto negativo foi o restaurante asiático. A única palavra q me ocorre é péssimo, muito mau mesmo.

Adorei! É a segunda vez que venho e a qualidade antes do covid e depois emé igualmente excelente. Cuidados extras foram tomados para garantir a saúde de todos mas graças a deus não passaram a tratar as pessoas como contaminados andantes. Mantiveram muitas actividades ao longo do dia e o uso da máscara é limitado aos espaços fechados e aos bares. O pessoal é muito simpático. Um especial obrigado ao Mario que tornou o aniversário do meu marido mais especial ainda.Agora em termos de qualidade, posso dizer o seguinte: Os quartos sao espacosos, clean e as camas confortáveis. A comida é variada e boa. A praia é brutal mas tem que se andar um bocadinho mas vale mesmo a pena lá ir.

Pessoal 5 estrelas, boas instalações, pena foi só ter reaberto esta semana e só estar a funcionar a 60% mas voltarei.

Hola ,sigo todavía en el hotel Justo ahora cuando escribo esta reseña y quiero decir que hay cosas muy buenas y cosas muy malas (lo siento hay que decir las buenas y las malas ) Empezando con el servicio de comidas y tal ,súper bien ,mucha variedad ,los quesos son una pasada (igual hay 15 tipos todos los días 👍) El hotel está súper limpio ,las habitaciones igual de limpias ,están todo el día trabajado en mantenerlo súper bien 👍 Si hay cosas negativas y muy malas ; La playa está bastante lejos y si encima vas con niños es mejor ni intentarlo 👎🏿 Por la mañana no se puede descansar en la planta baja a partir de las 7:30! De la mañana por los empleados que hacen reuniones entre ellos a principios de los pasillos y entre las risas ,los gritos y los carros ni te cuento que mosqueo todos los días 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 El wifi funciona solo en el hotel y la habitación y si vas a la piscina ,olvidaros o por lo menos eso le paso a mí todos los días 👎🏿 La animación deja de desear ,en una semana aquí solo he visto una en la piscina y para de contar ,en cambio en la zona de la sala de espectáculos (de. noches)si que he visto dos 👎🏿 Para la gente que quiere ver algo en la tele de cadenas españolas ,no hay nadaen cambio a tope con las alemanas ..yo pensaba que los dueños de l cadena Riu eran españoles no alemanes Jajajaja Pero a todo eso ,repito ,la gente súper agradable ,súper limpio y mucha mucha comida sobre todo el salmón ahumando ,salmón a la plancha y los quesos un 10 ..enhorabuena para los encargados de eso Gracias y espero no haber sido muy crítico jajaja

We stayed here over Christmas and it was amazing. The rooms were really clean and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were always very kind and happy to help especially at the bar and reception. You can walk to the beach which is where we spent lots of Christmas Day and in the evening there was a massive buffet with lots of sweet treats and savoury. There was an enormous Yule log and a sushi bar. The service was immaculate and the staff would never let the guests drinks get empty. The pools were so big and great to swim in on a hot day. On the whole we want to visit again soon.

Lovely hotel with fantastic food and friendly staff. Would highly recommend if you are wanting a lazy beach holiday to relax

The highest point of this hotel is the amount of options for food. A lot and simply delicious, like, everything I've tried. The hotel itself is not the newest, but for me it was very good and comfortable. Beach is not that close, so, depending on which room you are staying at, it will take a few minutes to reach the ocean. Staff is extremely friendly.

Fabulous hotel, massive grounds beautiful green lawns and foliage around the site.....pool areas clean and tidy, poolside entertainment excellent, something for everyone,.great choice food, vary varied so much to choose fr and good quality.... excellent kids entertainment from what we could see and all the staff so very friendly and welcoming...... would go again ❤️

This is supposed to be a five star hotel, it certainly isn't. The staff are lovely the food is good but I found the two specialist restaurants not up to standard. The hotel is old and needs a big overhaul. The ground floor room smelled of sewage the next room I was put in has problems with the shower first thing in the morning you have to run it for 15 minutes before it gets hot. The hotel complex is huge and it is quite a hike to the beach which is stunning! I would not come here again as in reality there is little else to do on the island but lie on the beach. The island is barren with little or no vegetation though the scuba diving is another world of stunning beauty.

Superb hotel with good service, good all inclusive with better than average food and drinks and good holiday entertainment in the evening. Excellent swimming pool and well kept grounds Rooms good but showing signs of wear, always spotless Bit of a trek to the beach but well worth it when you get there, beautiful white sand and free sun loungers and all inclusive bars etc Went with Tui and found it very good value for money. Definitely recommend hotel, a little bit out of town but only a short cheap taxi ride into town, however the facilities and beach at the hotel are so good you don't need to leave.

Deseando volver algún día. Todo ha sido genial. El trato de los trabajadores es exquisito y siempre están haciendo actividades para entretenerte, pegado a la playa pero también tiene 2 piscinas, una con bar dentro de la piscina. En cuanto a limpieza todo correcto. Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas y acogedoras y siempre dispones de agua, café y té en la habitación. Tiene parque infantil. Restaurantes, cafeterías, discoteca y 2 teatros. La verdad que no hay lugar para el aburramiento y encima todo incluido. Excepcional.

Unas vacaciones geniales para descansar. Super bien el hotel la comida la limpieza en general todo la verdad. Muy recomendable

This is my second time at this hotel, enjoyed it this time as much as the last. If your looking for a winter break u can't go wrong. Weather is great, hotel is a decent standard as are every Riu I've stayed in. Pool gets very busy I think due to the sea being rough and most days there are red flags are up, however the beach is a must see its beautiful.

Sinceramente esperaba más siendo laRiu y las estrellas que tiene. El hotel es muy grande, la comida muy normal y la animación malísima. Teniendo en cuenta que aquí no hay nada que hacer ni ver, deberían invertir mucho en entretener a los clientes, sobre todo por la noche.

Maravilloso y el servicio nde 10, que hacer para volver ahí. Hasta me quedaría a trabajar allí . que gente mas maravillosa y amable

Bonito. Es extenso, con pasillos por los jardines para acceso a distintos edificios de habitaciones. Buffet variado y bueno. Personal muy amable.
