“location is very good. its near to most attractions and shopping.
hotel service needs improvement. Booked for 3 in a room but was given twin beds and toiletries for 2 most nights and we have to repeatedly ask for more. 2nd night was only offered an extra bed after we ask for this.
check in staff was a bit annoyed when we asked for an extra bed. When we ring for extra pillows , was told they do not have and only have the bean pillows which is flat and hard.
room details need to improve. there is no mirror in the room and has to go to the bathroom for one behind the door. it is not convenient when sharing rooms.”
