“First we got a room and it was super nasty, the bathtub has mold and hair dye, they beds were dirty. We got it changed and now our bathroom roof is leaking, the ac does not work, the phone does not work either. The pools and beach are good though the water is great. Please check your rooms before getting it.”

“The resort was stunning ALTHOUGH the service was terrible. The workers singled out my friends and I once they realized we weren't fluent in Spanish. we would try to order things but it took forever, meanwhile if a Spanish speaking person came up to order something they received it IMMEDIATELY. a lot of the workers were inappropriate as they fetishized and harassed my friends and I throughout the entire trip. In all the appearance of the hotel is 9/10, the rooms are a 7/10 (a lot of things in them were broken & they gave us a different room then what we asked/paid for), the food was horrible so 4/10, and the service was a 3/10. I hope and pray this helps someone!”
