Excelente hotel, muito bem localizado. Pessoal atencioso, sempre felizes. Concierge eficiente. Quarto enorme e com excelente disposição. Vista muito boa. Só peca pelo café da manhã, fraco e muito caro.

I've never stayed at a Four Seasons before. I expected it to be a luxury brand but I don't think I understood quite how far they take their customer service experience. I could go on all day about how beautiful the hotel was or how nicely the room was appointed but the thing that made the difference was the service. It starts with their people. Their attention to detail was amazing. Whether it was accommodating us for a late dinner since we arrived at the hotel so late or the fact that not only did the woman checking us in remember it was our 20th anniversary but the waitstaff in the restaurant also knew and presented us with a wonderful dessert. The little details kept coming up. We would arrive back to our room after exploring the city and our glasses that we left behind were now placed on small fabric glass cleaners or a charging cord I left out was secured with a custom Four Seasons leather clip. At no point did we want for anything in that hotel. Add to that the room upgrade they gave us even though we've never stayed there before and have no connection to the brand other than this one time. I don't think I could afford to become a regular at Four Seasons hotels but I will say that if you ever want to splurge on a luxury brand this is the one I would recommend. You will feel completely take care of at all times. They teach their folks the value of customer service and their staff are excellent. Eu nunca fiquei em um Four Seasons antes. Gold Finch bar. Iconic water front hotel bar. Have been to 4 wedding receptions here over the years. The bar is frequented by dressed up locals and out of town travelers. Love the massage / spa here - I usually go for the deep tissue massage, to help with the aching pains. The spa has sauna and steam room which I love. I usually go on weekdays when there is less people. I really enjoyed the pool, its very relaxing, although it is very small. Goldfinch Tavern is also a wonderful place to dine at. Everything there is amazing, my favourite is the crab salad. YUM-MY! Adoro a massagem / spa aqui - costumo ir para a massagem profunda, para ajudar com as dores doloridas. Stayed here after wedding reception before heading out on honeymoon. Great staff. Comfortable room/bed. Thoughtful honeymoon treat on the table when we arrived. The four seasons in Seattle is a beautiful property in a great location. Just adjacent from pikes place and up the street from the waterfront, the four seasons is a great place to spend the weekend or host a work event.the meeting spaces are comfortable and the food has been delicious as well.The only negative is that the area outside the property gets a bit uncomfortable at night.I wouldn’t say it’s unsafe but be prepared to have interesting conversations with people on the street after 8pm. We absolutely loved our stay at the Four Seasons Seattle! The minute we arrived, we where informed by the Front office manager Vivek that our room was upgraded; we also were allowed to check-in earlier and check-out later than a normal time! Upgraded room had a great view of Elliot bay and had everything you need. Staff were super professional and friendly. Food at Goldfinch and room service were spectacular. Excellent downtown location as well ! SAM is on the next block! We would stay here again in heartbeat, and would recommend this location.

The bartenders were fun, friendly and made incredible drinks- Michael and Rico were wonderful; we'd love to go see them again. Management was so gracious and hospitable, Vivek was amazing and very attentive to detail. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the room service food was outstanding. Beautiful place.Would have been four-five stars if the staff didnt treat me like I didn't belong there even though I was a guest. I feel like the judged me based on appearance.Area is touristy. But that's good if you're into that or need to be close to the cruise ship piers like we needed to.
