“A pior experiência de Four Seasons Estive com minha família no Beverly Wilshire, em Suíte Studio com vista da Rodeo Drive e Suíte de 1 quarto com vista Rodeo Drive. Pagamos uma noite adiantada para early check-in, ao chegar no quarto, o sofá cama estava montado sem motivo e haviam apenas latas de água, sem nem se quer um copo. O frigobar vazio, sem nenhum item. Apenas 1 elevador funcionando para hóspedes durante todo o período que estive. O hotel histórico conta ainda com sistema arcaico de iluminação, sendo cada abajur ligado de maneira individual. Vallet demorado. Solicitei uma entrega no hotel e extraviaram a minha encomenda, relatando que eu não era um hóspede registrado e não haviam recebido nada em meu nome, somente após eu provar que haviam entregue no hotel, acharam o pacote. Solicitei diversos itens que nunca foram atendidos. Pedimos que enviassem 3 malas para o Four Seasons de Napa Valley dia 30/12 com serviço de entrega no dia seguinte. Chegou apenas 1 mala dia 3/01 e até hoje não vi ainda as outras duas malas. Os atendentes do café da manhã merecem parabéns, somente. Pior experiência de hotel.”
