Pros: new hotel and the rooms are nice. Breakfast is fine. Cons: No room service. DO NOT RECOMMENDED the Bistro for dinner. When I was ordering off the menu, the person taking my order started “I don’t know how to make that.” Then I tried ordering the Mac & Cheese. She said hold on, went to the back kitchen area for a few minute, came back and said “it’s still frozen. Someone didn’t thaw it out.” I settled for a salad. I ordered a wine from the menu, she said “I don’t go by that list on the menu. I have what is on display in the fridge.” I couldn’t see that far back, she said I can come over and look. The glasses they served the wine in smelled bad. The prices were high for the low quality of food I got. I’ve never experienced anything like that. I do not recommend this place.

Completely worthless staff as far as the hotel itself it was nice but the assistant manager Joanna is a joke unprofessional and not helpful after several issues I asked to check out and be refunded Joanna agreed 30 mins later she charged me saying the GM told her to charge me went back to discuss the bill and AGM Joanna refused to speak to me and had her staff called the police then once the police showed up she magically appeared stating that she was at home and came back in even though her staff said otherwise… I won’t comment on the police but I will never stay at this location again and plan on reaching out to the management company Buffalo lodging ts sad that they treat ppl like this! Will be disputing with my cc company as well…

Clean, easy check in and out. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Both nights there was heavy construction throughout entire night very close to my window that woke me a few times. Other than that it was great

Asked for key less entry because I was at a wedding. Had to leave the wedding to get my key because I never received the message for entry. After a Long evening..it was difficult getting in as the key wasn't working. The most disappointing thing was no water bottles in room and when calling down to ask for water we were told we could have them but would need to come down and get the ourselves! Was not very happy about that at all!

Heart of downtown Buffalo next to the naval park. Walking distance to a lot of great venues and events. The rooms themselves are wonderful, with comfortable beds, large shower/tub combo, and multiple tv's in them as well. The pool and hot tub are located in the very bottom of the building but it's a very comfortable if humid area. Highly recommend.
