Esqueci minha jaqueta de couro, liguei e disse que você não esqueceu com a gente, não atenderam o telefone, já encontrei advogados, com que brusco minha jaqueta foi encontrada. O hotel é ar condicionado frio não funciona. Na recepção, você pergunta, eles esquecem de acordá-lo, no máximo três estrelas. .

Buffet adorável, tudo uma delícia, atendimento bom Isso foi quando estávamos no primeiro andar há meio anoTive a oportunidade de visitar este lugar maravilhoso novamente !!! No 6º andar há um excelente terraço com uma linda vista da Catedral de Santo Isaac, uma gastronomia deliciosa e um bar descolado !!! Agradeço à bartender Natalia e ao garçom Mikhail !!! Você carrega a atmosfera com positivo e cria um ótimo humor para os visitantes! Tudo de bom e prosperidade !!!

Excelente hotel! Fiquei uma noite junto com minha esposa com café da manhã. As acomodações são muito confortáveis, tanto em termos de proximidade do centro quanto em termos de conforto do quarto. O quarto tem tudo que você precisa: acessórios descartáveis ​​e produtos de higiene pessoal, roupão e chinelos. Há um frigobar (não usado). Apenas uma cama maravilhosa! Muito confortável para dormir. Visitei o jantar Churasco! Ótimo formato! Existe a possibilidade de abordagens ilimitadas ao buffet, onde existem snacks, molhos e pães. Então começa a ação culinária! Do contrário, você não vai contar! Chefs com carrinhos surgem da cozinha e entregam iguarias de carne nas mesas! Tudo cozido muito gostoso, e o sortimento! Bombear! The hotel was very clean. The location was great, it is in the center of the city but still is quiet. The bar on the 74th floor has a great view of the Isaac Cathedral. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed staying there a lot and I highly recommend it!

Hello, I didn't live in hotel, but I came as that for breakfast together with the friend. We very much liked the Swedish line during a breakfast. And in spite of the fact that hotel old - very good service! It would be desirable to mark out the waiter Ali, very polite person.

We stayed here for a few days. The hotel is not in the center of town but close enough where you can walk easily. The hotel is an older one. It seems that they have renovated some of the top floors but not the ones they gave us. We did pay more than a standard rate to upgrade the room but were told that to get the better newer rooms it would again be a higher charge on top of our upgrade. The room is dark as windows were into the covered courtyard. The bed size was smaller than a normal double bed but I expected this. The bathroom was tiny and could have been more updated. There was no shower pressure. They include a breakfast on some room bookings and we had that but at the end they charge you a tax on FREE breakfast. The menu options were nice and the service was good. The front desk staff was nice and the concierge was superb with lots of help with reservations and navigating us where we should go and what to see.

Had a good stay here. Breakfast is not huge but has everything you need. Staff is overall good and efficient. Had a great corner room and overall was pretty quiet. Only retraction is the bizarre visa registration fee they feel the need to gather guests calling it a “city tax”. Been in Russia a month and no other accommodation, including Marriott properties, have charged this. Still recommend the property.

Great hotel in general. The room walls are a bit thin but you'll get to the room tired from all the walking so it's hardly noticeable. The location is superb, close to a lot of places of interest. The food is good. The personal was very helpful and kind. Shout out to Natalie (trainee) who help us a lot!

Beautiful hotel, right in the middle of the city! Close by to all the different attractions one may want to see or do! Staff was very friendly and helpful! The entire building was kept very clean. My room was very spacious and nice, clean! The city was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again! Would recommend to anyone!

It is relatively small hotel. Service was good, we were hosting a presentation for over 50 people in their ballroom. Event manager Dia was quite helpful and well-organized.However, their standard rooms are facing inside the hotel, so in morning you can't openthe curtains and don't see the day light, so it kinda dark.Upon your arrival they serve you a glass of champagne, you may also ask them to bring it to your room. There is a tea station and water in the room.

The hotel is centrally located in close to everything you might be looking for in St Petersburg. For example The Hermitage is about a 15-minute walk. The room is exceptional and it's the first time I've been in a two-story hotel room. The bedroom and a bathroom are on the upper balcony which has its own exit on to the outside floor and there is a living room area with a small coffee service and a refrigerator and yet a second bathroom on the main level. I've included several pictures. Even the bathroom has extra features for example there is a good size tub and it included bath salts. The breakfast is ample and I had a cook to order omelette and several other things all of excellent quality. There was even champagne as part of the breakfast offered.
