Hotel rooms are good but service of that phone calls not answering and regarding that access card door locking we faced problems.

The worst experience we had in this hotel. We left the room at 11 am , came 8.pm finding the room not cleaned although house keeping saw us leaving .when complaining the head in the reception said she can't do anything them she handed us towels in the reception. Can you imagine. Then , the main restaurant didn't accept us for drinking although there is vacancy.

Today I had lunch at their newly opened and rebranded T&B restaurant, specialised in burgers, chicken and special drinks. I had an order of chicken nuggets and fries. Food is OK, whereas service is better and friendly. Observations I have to highlight that the restaurant need some background music and work on the new restaurant concept/ brand integration. Just new placemats menu and staff wear T-shirts with the logo won't do the trick and will hinder the success in the market.

Horrible stay. Could not control the heat in the room. Stifling and no way to lower the temperature. When the fan was turned on the noise (rattling) was so loud. The refrigerator in my room conked out after one day. My food spoiled. The in room safe had a dead battery and could not be used. For a two day stay....1 bath towel 1 face cloth and 1 hand towel. NO English television channels. Not one. No English news available. Definitely not a good stay.
