“I go to Houston about once a month. This hotel was the hotel I stayed at each time I went to Houston for a year until recently.
The good:
Near the galleria (walking distance)
I personally like the breakfast.
Front desk staff have always been welcoming!
The bad:
Valet staff: They have all been kind respectful workers until the last time I stayed there. The man that worked the valet that night (March 27,2022) was extremely rude and was very disrespectful.
Rooms are out of date and need a renovation.
The last two times I stayed there the hot water didn’t work. The first time, I didn’t mind it and just told the staff when I checked out. They provided me Hilton points in return. The second time I switched rooms.
I would consider staying at this hotel again if the rooms were more updated and if I knew the warm water would be working.”

Meu quarto era espaçoso, mas desatualizado e claramente desgastado. O carpete e os móveis estavam gastos e precisavam ser substituídos. Até os eletrodomésticos da cozinha estavam gastos ou enferrujados. O elevador estava instável e de má qualidade também. Eu provavelmente não ficaria aqui novamente, a menos que houvesse uma grande reforma neste hotel. Excelente equipe… hotel antigo.”
