nothing! had a family above us that kept jumping and running around had to call front desk multiple times and they did absolutely nothing. hotel appeared in construction mode I, will never go back to that hotel and I will never refer it! hotel sucked!!!!

Staff were all very friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The reception area and courtyard are lovely and make for a very pleasant atmosphere. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again! Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our room was facing the parking lot (cars outside the window), which wasn't ideal, but not a problem. Also, there was a lot of noise in the hallway 10-11pm one night. Free breakfast as some surrounding hotels offer would be nice (but not a gamechanger).

The courtyard offered a fine place to sit and enjoy the sunshine. the front desk clerk barked at me when I checked in. The outside hallways were filthy in places. The guest laundry was filthy.

Price was ultra low for a Marriott. Terrible upkeep, loud doors slamming, worn out furniture, nothing in way of amenities functional, loud overhead noise, no complimentary coffee in lobby,

It was clean No laundry. No ice. No do not disturb sign. Maid walked in on us at 9am with no apology. Because we complained they charged us $200 for car litter in room!

This hotel was not the quality expected of a Courtyard by Marriott. In fairness, there were signs that the hotel may be getting ready for renovation. But no, the hotel was dated inside and out.

I only had to stay 3 days I did not like being bit by bugs I even caught some and saved them to see what kind they were and they were lightning mites. They are now at my home due to them being able to attach themselves to clothing eating all the fabric

The hotel was okay but not up to expectations of Marriott. The staff was okay and we were handled quickly. It was close to restaurants and grocery store. Room was older with a uncomfortable bed and small tv. The room was noisy with traffic noise and people entering through side door. Worst Marriott I have be been in.

Location No breakfast is included. Even the coffee in the lobby is for sale! Poor quality towels in bathroom. The configuration of the hotel is strange. Inconvenient to get to your room. Would not stay here again.

My request for a corner room on the 3rd floor was granted. Staff was very nice. Thought the restaurant was a bit pricey for limited service. Staff was delightful.

Quiet and comfortable. It had some nice amenities like the pools and the fitness room. Plenty of parking and well-lit. I was surprised that there was no breakfast included and even coffee in the lobby had an extra price (when it was available.) Equipment selection in the fitness room was limited.

The front desk gal was nice and tried to accomodate me. got to the room and heard loud creaking overhead -asked if there was another room and was put into a room thatTV didn't work, tub drain didn't work, shower diverter not fully engaged, cleanliness of the hotel wasn't 3 stars. Surprised it's a Courtyard.

Common areas looked like there were recently updated and painted. The electronic card fob lock was not working on the building and made for a bit longer walk to and from our room.

Location Amount of time that other unruly guests were allowed to knock on doors and windows without staff not noticing. Called front desk to report and it was checked on bit started again after a while. Needs to be some kind of accountability from them (GUESTS)
