“I’m a loyal Hyatt customer and this was my first SLH.I stayed five nights in a junior suite on 15K points + 40 Euro per night upcharge. The service was great, housekeeping was AMAZING, including turndown service with chocolate! Wowee! My room was nice but small. Glad we took the upgraded room. Breakfast was included and it was a wonderful, white linen affair with buffet options and attentive wait staff. Everyone spoke English - thank you! It rained heavily during our stay at the roof/patio leaked a little through our ceiling which I sense is a recurring problem. Parking was expensive (50 Euros per night) and I wish they’d had towels and water in the gym and hot coffee before 7:30am but nothing serious at all really needs improving in terms of guest experience. A great hotel in a smashing location providing excellent hospitality. I absolutely will stay again.”
